[Resolved] Yatri 4 Travel — Unethical actions and behavior - cheating the clients | |||||
One Mr. John called me on my phone and convinced me to take their package and I have purchased 2 packages of 5N6D (Rs. 12999/- each). As per him they will book at least 3 star accommodation with breakfast and if possible with dinner and with 2 children below the age of 12 years. The said company provided a list of Hotels /resorts which are 3 and 4 star. Then as per their procedure when I request for booking accommodation in Ooty / Kodaikanal they book the hotels which are not have no star and no breakfast & dinner. And more over children were charged extra. I have paid Rs. 25998/- in total, but when I checked with the hotel for their rates and booking details - the rooms were booked through goibibo.com they were less than Rs. 1000 per night/room. They spent less than 10000 and they have collected 25998. And the service was the worst I have seen in my life. No body will answer the phone and when they answer they will never connect to the concern person and finally the phone will cut. It is a fraud company cheating people. This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment Id's: Y4T4425MJ & Y4T4426MJ. As per your last email regarding to the hotel category, We have cross checked with all our correspondence and we did not find any written confirmation from our end that we are providing you bookings in any specified hotels. Please be informed that we work on promotional availability Secondly, You have purchased a promotional offer and which is not for any fixed hotel or star category. You was clearly inform that "Covered locations - Anywhere in India Up to 4 star properties" In the first email which you had received from the sales agent. Which means hotels category can be 1, 2, 3, or 4. Also the package policy clearly says that The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties is strictly subject to availability & Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases). After we had received your booking request form, we processed for the hotel bookings and whatever hotel options we received the from our travel vendor, we informed you sending the availability email. Further to this, We would like to inform you that We have tieups with our travel vendor having the Agent-box of Cleartrip, Goibibo, Holidday IQ, GoGlobal, RCI and many Others. We can use any of them to confirm your bookings. We have given you the availability option and once we received your selection for the hotel then we have booked the same hotel for you and issued you the hotel confirmation voucher. Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide. PS: We would like to inform you that we have served you with all the possible arrangements that could happen from us. Now your membership has already been expired. Moreover, we do not want any further arguments on this because we are not sitting here to discuss on something which is against our terms and even if you are not having any intention to understand the same conditions.
