Yepme.com — Payment NOT refunded against non-delivery

I have ordered three products from Yepme.com(order no. 5870574) against which they delivered only one product(which is also different from ordered one) for rest of two products(Code: Yepme30684 and Yepme15803) neither they have dispatched material nor they are refunding money, every time I mail it on their customer care id they replied to contact on customer care no. on contacting their customer care no.[protected] the customer care executive keep us on hold for several minutes and then they say we are transferring your call to our senior after which no one responds and phone goes continuous on hold.
