Yes Bank — Credit Card Emi that got cancelled due to Moratorium

Am Suraj Ravindra Varma holding Credit card [protected]. If my memory serves me right, in 2018, i had swiped the card for a huge amount and converted to an EMI option and my EMI was around 7 to 8k. However, due to corona the moratorium was initiated and post which my EMI was cancelled in Aug 2020 and my EMI had become 13500, however inspite of asking the reason why this huge jump in the amount, none of your great employees (one Mr. Saptagiri (mob : [protected]) who claimed from the branch was able to give any justification whatsoever, and i was tortured and forced to make payments of[protected] rupees month on month screwing up my financial stability and capability over these months. After wasting my money and energy for months, I myself decided to visit your Rajaji Nagar branch and sort out this issue personally instead of being on the phone and wasting my life ! I happened to visit the branch on the 16th Feb, 2021 evening 4:30 PM.

At the branch I was advised to meet a very capable gentleman (i assumed) named Hemanth (mob : [protected]), email address hemanthkumar.[protected]@yesbank.in (claimed to be a big manager taking care of the complete collection), after 1.5 hrs of spending time with him, i was advised to pay an immediate payment of 26500 rs within a week. I had requested for an additional weeks time to arrange the money to be paid. AND I WAS PROMISED THAT MY MARCH MONTH EMI WOULD BE LESS THAN 4500. Guess what, i cant prove this point as your employee never gave that in writing and just a verbal note, however he smartly insisted I need to drop an email for him to save his BACK !

Now comes the best part, he had asked me to drop me an email stating the same and I did the same. However, SMARTLY, he has never acknowledged that email even after 4 months. If i would not respond to any of your bank calls or messages, i would be called a FRAUD, how about the bank manager who has not bothered to respond to even a single email that is been shared with him. Thats heights of professionalism. I have been working for more than 18 yrs, so no one better teach me whats professionalism.

First email for which i never got a response.

Second email after a month after promising my emi was gonna be less than 4500 !

Third email again for which i never got a response

Currently my minimum due is at 38000 which is going to be impossible for me to pay and I have no other option other than suiciding and I promise i will definitely not let go any of your officials who have been responsible for this situation. I had various credit cards and dealt with all of them very well. When this whole world is suffering, I am having to go through this mental torture.

I am continuing to receive various calls torturing to make the payment stating that legal notice would be issues. Please tell me what mistake I committed to your bank for me to go through this torture. If this continues I have no other option other than reaching out to the Karnataka legal aid. Really hoping I would get to hear back for some support so that I could never get for almost 9 months.
