I was using your credit card last 3/4 years but some how my financial problem i was not able to pay on time but 20th aug 2019 i was getting call from your agency person name vijay kadu and your employee smita panchal they are saying you have to pay i send him massage come and collect the cheque but the did not then he collect numbers from social media and call to my family person and used abused language. Just i want to know do you have rights and permission from rbi to take contact from social media and call to any of family person.

Now i have paid rs, 20000, aug 2019 but till the date you people not given statement. Why?
