Yes Bank — Credit Card Settlement letter

Hello Sir
I m Vikash Pandey from Delhi.i m facing a issue with yes bank.i have all ready paid my final settlement in 3 EMI my total payment was 25000 and i paid 3 EMI in Jan, Feb and March 2020 my emi amount was 8333rs per month which was paid on time from my side.i have all profe of my transection which i have paid to bank after my payment still i dint recive my settlement latter from bank.again i gatting a threat call from bank.pleas help me out to this fraud.
