Harassment by Recovery Agents of YES BANK

Due to some financial crunch I am unable to make payments against my Personal Loan and Credit Card. However, I have requested to settle both the accounts but recovery/collection agents are harassing me and my relatives/friends/colleagues. They are calling multiple times to me and my my relatives/friends/colleagues. Using harsh language and mentally harassing and forcing to make the payment. I am even not sure from where YES BANK people are...

but i can not transfer amount because i found online he is fraud person as name of amry
so plz dont transfer amout to this account and

    Myself Prarthna Upadhyay, account bearing no. [protected] of Yes bank had asked one of mine friend to deposit 49000 on my behalf but by mistakes he deposites the amount in wrong account no. [protected] on 13th October at16:02 from ATM ID JHACB002.
    I've 5 month daughter. So. its not easy to visit the Yes bank. I always stay connected to them through phone calls.
    My complain no. is CS[protected] which is not solved yet. It has been more than 5 months now. No one is listening to me in the bank. I am really fed up of this situation. please help me.

      I DID THE Rs.2000 Transaction from my yesbank account to kotak bank 811 account date[protected] by my dabit card of yesbank it was successfully done and Rs 2000 rupees debited from my yesbank account but same was not credit in my kotak811 account I spoke with kotak bank manager he was saying we didn't get the Rs 2000 amout in kotak 811 bank. please check with yesbank account they hold the Rs 2000 amount from his side .
      Please resolve my problem as soon as possible I have attached the transaction msg for your reference

        I hold a personal loan account and credit card with yesbank. I am really having a hard time dealing with their customer care folks whenever I need any information. Those people at [protected]@yesbank.in won't read emails properly and kept on wasting my time earlier. For this I raised a request to head of Grievanceredressal stating my feedback and got the service number CS[protected] on 30-Dec-2020.
        Exactly after two months I needed some more information and I didn't get a proper reply even though I included a note before my email stating please read this email carefully and reply, they seem like didn't bother about it and didn't. provide proper reply again on the ticket CS[protected]. They send an email stating 1800 1200 is for customer service contact number and this won't work for anything except for credit card, I have taken a recording for this as well. So a person having a loan account doesn't have any other go rather than going through the mental torture through their never ending email conversations. I would like to raise concern with respect to misrepresentation of customer care number and as well prolonged SLAs by just replying anything rather than providing proper solution. My loan account number is PLN[protected]. I would like to be compensated in monetary value for spending my valuable time and the mental trauma they have given in my busy schedule. I would like to highlight this incident to other yesbank customers so they can understand their rights as well.

          My name is sikandar sharief credit card number ends with 9732 my due date is on 6th of March and I paid my minimum due payment of rupees 7621 and on 3rd of March my sister got a call from [protected] number asking for money I have never shared my sister contact details with yes bank it's a new sim card they are Misusing they contacts and harrasing for payment which is done already and extortioning asking to share the bank account details I need you to take a serious action on yes bank credit card department because they are hacking mobile contact numbers for extortion

              Hi Team, I am aware that I am incurring a charge / interest everyday post my due date against my credit card but when I called YES Bank both customer care (Akash) and collection team (Manpreeth), they told me to pay an amount by 4th March 2021. There is an agent from collection team who is not giving his name or ID threatening me that he would come to my house and wants me to pay immediately. Already it is updated in the bank's system that I have time till 4th March. Why are these agents calling me and threatening me? Please take action.

                Sir My home loan deducted Through hdfc bank ending *644 (reliance home finance) I want to update in bank statement showing yes bank ltd i update nach form icici bank but u rejected the mandate form and now ur staff tell that submit same bank then i submitted hdfc Bank ltd ending with *644 but ur system dropped emi 10 feb 2020 on icici bank ltd how it's possible..??

                Now not able to visit ur asset branch Surat i live in vapi..its too long again and again not able to visit and ur staff surat branch very poor performance Misbehaving manner ..U take a request ur end..

                  Hi Team,

                  I have taken loan in YesBank. For that I did signature on the form for enabling the auto debut on every month. But I got the below message.
                  "Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to YES BANK RETAIL ASSET with value Rs.220000 and frequency ADHO was rejected due to the reason 'Drawers Signature Differs' received today for processing."
                  I dont why it is getting rejected.
                  Here i have enclosed my signature fyr. Kindly check and assist to proceed further.

                    I am charged Rs 350 plus GST for auto debit transaction failure for the bill payment which i had done already through other payment mode.
                    This is unethical practice by Yes Bank.

                      Yes Bank Is Unable To Maintain Their Mobile OTP Delivery Service For Their Customers. In Last 2 Years Time And Again My OTP Delivery Failed To Mobile. Although Email OTP Delivery Was Working, But That OTP Comes After Failure Of Default Mobile OTP Delivery And A Of Wait Of 100 Seconds. This Hinders Smooth Transaction Through Net-Banking. Recently I Have Lodged Complaint On 17th December, 2020 (CS[protected] About This Issue To Their Top Management As Well As GOI Complaint Portal Which Was Forwarded By RBI (DEABD/E/2021/00516). But till Date No Action Was Taken So Far. Such Inaction Is Ridiculous And Condemnable. Cust ID 6375557

                        I had written the following mail to you on Nov 18, 2020 for which I am yet to receive a reply.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had accepted to receive the credit card on the express condition that there will be no service charges, .e., it will be Life Time Free.

                        As such, I refuse to pay you a single Rupee.

                        Please tell me a mechanism to give the card back to you.

                        If I receive any call from you regarding payment, I will escalate the matter with the RBI.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is regarding my Yes Bank credit card No. [protected] which I used first time to purchase jewellery for my niece wedding in Nov 2020. The purchase amount was Rs.2, 16, 000/- and later bank executive called and inform me that there is an over-limit of Rs.16000/-. I was not aware of this over the limit amount issue and they will charge the penalty for it. I immediately paid the over-limit Rs. 16000/- after came to know about it.

                          I received the statement in following month Dec 2020 and it was showing Rs. 500/- as an over-limit penalty and Rs.19/- as tax amount even after paying back the over-limit within few days. I paid back the remain amount Rs. 2, 00, 000/- before due date and requested Yes Bank customer care to waive off the penalty total amount Rs. 519/-.

                          I was not satisfied bank reply that they shared a link of terms and condition about over-limit charges which I was not aware of their hidden terms. Why Yes Bank is allowing to use customer over-limit transaction and forced to pay this kind of penalty? Normally other banks will not allow the over-limit transaction. This is a security threat for Yes Bank CC account holders and additionally forced to charge the credit card usage (as over limit) penality.

                          Since only left out Rs. 519/- which is a penalty and disputed amount in my account. When I received Jan 2021 statement and the total due amount was Rs. 13, 332.12. I am not understanding why Bank is charging this heavy penalty for the non-payment of Rs.519/- which is a disputed amount and expecting to revert back or waive off.

                          Kindly provide me with justice on this unethical practice of Yes bank.

                              Hi,

                              i brought Yes bank Credit card many months ago, and till last month i paid all the Dues on time. Due to some financial issues and hospitalization, i missed to pay the amount on time (December). I even asked the team to provide some more days to pay. i even agree to pay the late payment and other changers. but one men employee from yes bank asked if you not able to pay the amount then how you run you family in inappropriate manner. this is how a Corporate behaves to his customer ? i am not say i will not pay. i said i will pay in couple of days but give me some time. but frequently i get calls from yes bank from the day 1 to till i paid the amount. daily i got 5 or more calls from the customer care ( they all work in same place but they will not communicate each other about this). even i got the calls from them after i paid the amount.

                              to all the bankers- there is a situation, one will be in troubles to pay the amount. pls give them some time to pay. dont torcher them to pay the amount. if it is a weak heart then they i will commit suiside.

                                  I pay my car loan every 1st week of month, even then I was charged unnecessarily of Rs. 762.

                                  When enquired about the same, the customer executive was so rude that they said why do you have pay early if it is not the due date.

                                  I need the money back.

                                    498.61 + 89.75 = 588.36 has been deducted from my account. The reason has been deducted for non maintenance. But there was no such rule because my account is a Student account and zero balance account. So I applied for a refund from bank but it was rejected.I am a College student so my little savings 90% debited as a penalty charge. I am kindly requesting the RBI for help me.

                                      Incident :

                                      I used my Yes bank credit card (5318XXXXXXXX5788) to do transaction of 1.5 LACS in June, 2019 .

                                      without my consent ( informed) yes bank executive has convert the amount to EMI although I've paid the full amount (1.5 Lacs) on the next billing cycle. I don't understand why i will pay interest on EMI as i already pay the full amount as per due date . Also, i raise this concern several time to yes bank executive but didn't get any resolution from their side and therefore i stop paying dues .

                                      Also, I enclosed credit card statement for reference .

                                      Desirable Resolution :

                                      Now, i am getting phone call on daily basis to pay the full due (with interest and EMI interest) and mentally tortured me .. I request to waive off these charges and paid 1 lacs rs to me as compensation amount for their act .
