[Resolved] Yes Bank — debit card deactivated without request | |||||
My debit card has been deactivated without any specific request. I opened account for a month and did couple withdrawal with the same card, suddenly in a week's time, the card is shown as not activated. The customer support team did not even bother to look into online request raised on 1st sep (Request id 879024). Over the phone also, no clue on what next to be done. Another request raised today with turnaround time till 17th sep (Ref. Cs[protected]. With such irresponsible nature of customer support, cannot see continuing relationship with yes bank. I have also experience with most of the banks in india, all public, private and foreign, but this is worst ever experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 1, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Firstly blamed customer for the card issue and than issued new card through Brach Lead. Yes Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
