Yes Bank — Fraud and harassment even after payment

I have taken settlement for my yes bank credit card and paid amount as per the settlement in 2020. But still greedy yes bank officials haven't cleared my card and raised another one card on my name and started charging on that card now in 2022. Every day they are calling and harassing even after clearing dues from my end long back.

What kind of Bank it is though clearing dues conning people feels like banks are it highest in begging for money.

Banks executive are not ever worried if i am raising complaints in bank portal nobody is working on it, this is the level of banking in india now appreciated.
