I have taken a personal loan from yes Bank in April 2021. I am paying EMI timely. But due to some unexpected circumstances in my family I had loss my job and faces financial issue due to this I was unable to pay EMI on time but I paid emi on 29 of every month. During this I am continuously in connnect of collection manager of yes bank. But I am facing continually harrasment by third party collection agents. They continually call on my parents number and harrassing them with rude and bad languages. My parents are pateint of heart disease. I am facing this from last three months. For this i already raised a complaint (complaint number- CS[protected] through yes bank customer care but I still does not received any support by yes bank and my complaint is automatically closed by you stating that complaint is resolved. Today again someone called my mother and harresed her. Person who called is saying his name is shantanu and number is [protected]. When I called this person and said that why you called my mother even I always received all calls. I also said him if you do this again then I will raise a complaint against you, then he said lika "Jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo mai to tumari mother ko call karunga".
I am complaining that first why he stole my phone book to get the number of my family members. Why they don't call on refrence number which I given if i not received their calls due to any problem. Who gave them authority to access my phone book and harresed my family members. They are also calling on my relatives numbers and saying that I am a defaulter, a thief, a cheater. They are asking my relatives to pay my ammount otherwise they are continuously harresing them. So please take this mail as my formal complaint and take proper action on the persons who are doing this. And stop all collection calls because if i am paying emi in every month then Why I am getting harresments by them.
So I am requesting you please please please do needful. according to RBI rules they can't do such type of callings and all. They are breaking the rules on behalf of yes bank. So please stop these calls.
They are stopping me to pay emi because of their callings and harresments and if this will not stop asap then I have only option that I will go in RBI forum to help me. Because this is my second complaint in second month. I am really very depressed mentally due to those third party collection agents.

I have asked for some time so that I can arrange a fund for payment.
However, the collection of people by Name N.M( don't know his full name) has been harassing me for a few months, calling me a Thief.
Recording which i have already shared with Waseem.
Since last saturday My reference has been harassed continuously over phone by using bank words and visiting home at unusual hours.
and they have been troubled by a person named Mujahid and other people of YES bank.
Last month also i have been mentally harassed by YES bank executives due to which i have changed by house.
I suggest the concern authorities to please help me from the given harassment from YES bank Collection team
if the torture is increased over phone and by visiting home and troubling my parents and sister at unusual time. As I am a heart patient if some things
happens to me or to my family members YES bank and its collection team should be held responsible and please consider this letter as evidence for the same.
I never said I will not make the payment. Still, I am saying give me some time for 3-4 months . I will start making the payment as I did it a few months ago.
but the YES bank collection team is not ready to buy it.
and we have been tortured by YES bank collection calls and visiting at this odd hours of the day.
