Hello sir, i took a loan with yes bank back in september 2020, however i had taken the loan with an axis bank account with enach which i dont operate. it is supposed to go on auto closure. i had placed an account change with yes back in december of 2020 to debit money from my hdfc bank account which is my salary account which they didnt do, now there representative tole me to pay via phone pe to their account every month which i did since january 2021. however this june they received the money their agents called and confirmed me multiple times on recorded lines . yet they are still harassing me every day asking me for payment then wehn i tell them utr number they said they receive then again another agency calls me up. they are putting bounce charges on my account even though i pay the money via netbanking which is advertised on their site on the day i get my salary. so that i dont have to face any charges. a representative told me that i shouldnt pay early and they are putting charges because i pay early. please help me sir. please look into this matter.

      I deposited cheques which get clearance in one or 2 days depending upon time of date the bank has processed. It has been a week now and they have not given me a satisfactory response on this delay and they say the message of credit must have come into my account. I do not know what am i supposed to do now

        Sir, my yes bank saving accout no. Is [protected]. Earlier this account is minor account under parent guidance. On 21.05.22 I personally visited my H block rajiv chowk new delhi branch and submit all the required documents to convert this account into normal saving account and request them to issue cheque book and debit card. They assure me that the same will be delivered with in one or two weeks. I again visited the branch on 04.06.22 they assured me that you will get them with in 1-2 days. But till date neither i received cheque book nor debit card or even not received any kind of communication from your bank or branch.

            Wrong Transfer Dispute Request

            Hi Team,

            I had raised a complaint with Yes Bank regarding my wrong fund transfer on March. Two days before i got a call from Yes Bank call centre employee stating that he will close the complaint. When i asked him why he said the corresponding Bank is declining the dispute request. So the agent wanted me to complaint with RBI against Yes Bank Ltd.

            I am receiving everyday promotional SMS form Yes Bank. it makes me irritating. they sending unwanted SMSs . Also i dont find any provision how to unsubscribed form their website from this kind of SMS. I do not like to receving such SMS continue. My contact No. is [protected].               While getting the new Yes bank credit card, I was told that it's a life time free credit card and now I could see that the yes bank has charged card fees of rs 1, 414.52.

              I have registered multiple complaints to the customer care regarding this but there's no actions has been taken. The customer care has closed the complaint without taking any action.

                This Sanjaykumar chandanmal shah.
                I have complain regarding NOC of my car. The bank is not providing me NOC of the car after paying full Loan amount with interest that is 999000 and interest 277072. I have visited the branch many times but there are not responding properly instead there are thearting me and my family by taking our car away. There are asking me to pay moratorium amount which didn't ask for. So please look after our issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  Fraud and harassment even after payment

                  I have taken settlement for my yes bank credit card and paid amount as per the settlement in 2020. But still greedy yes bank officials haven't cleared my card and raised another one card on my name and started charging on that card now in 2022.                   I have a due to pay credit card bill. But due my health conditions and job loss I am requesting them to give time and i will pay. But they are calling my relatives and coming to home and creating noise. Using abused words on me. As a girl I have to committee suside for that words. They are using very bad words.

                  As per RBI guidelines, no bank can resort to harrasment in the name of recovery. I would advise you to record the conversation wherein you also seek the details of the agency where these individuals are working for, because the banks usually deploy third parties for recovery efforts. Once u record the harrasment, raise a complaint with Yes Bank and i[censored]nresolved within 30 days, raise a complaint with banking ombudsman. Be assured it will get resolved i[censored] have ample proof.

                    Hello, I made a purchase for Rs 58, 453 on 01 Jan 22 (Invoice Attached for your reference) with the Dell laptop company through YES bank credit card, 6 MONTH NO-COST EMI payment option, which was clearly mentioned on the Dell website.

                    Since, I have not received any EMI amortization sheet from YES Bank, I personally demanded for the EMI amortization sheet which I received it on 01 Mar 22 (Amortization sheet Attached for your reference) showing excess EMI deduction amount of Rs 2, 844/- (Total purchase value Rs 58, 453 & Total EMI cost Rs 61, 297) being a no cost EMI payment.

                    As per my understanding, my no-cost EMI deduction should be equivalent to my purchase value which is Rs 58, 453 only and after receiving amortization sheet, it was seen that an excess amount of Rs 2, 844/- will be dedicated at the end of my EMI schedule.

                    In view of the above, I am not agreed with the above said excess amount deduction since it is a no-cost EMI means no additional cost apart from my actual purchase value.

                    I have already written number of mails to YES bank principal nodal officer but did not get satisfied reply, one side bank is agreeing that it is a no cost EMI payment and other side not giving proper justification for excess amount deduction.

                    Kindly help me to reverse the excess amount being deducted by the YES bank by disappointing me, saying no-cost EMI payment option.

                          I had an used car loan in YES BANK, Kolhapur branch. Which was closed on 3rd of march2022. But there was delay in issuance of NOC from the bank side since last 25 days. The employee stated that NOC will be handover within 15 days. Now trying to call the bank employee, but he doesn’t receive the call, neither he accepts the call of his own Branch Manager. Trying from else one phone the Employee uses rude and inappropriate language to the consumer. Need a strict action on this issue

                                Dear Yes Bank Team,

                                This is with reference to the Demat account linked with SA no.[protected]with the name Yatin Kumar
                                The above said Saving account is linked with demat account open and paid Rs.60, 000/- dated 18th No.2020. Since the opening of this Demat account, I have assured that all the services related to demat account handling and usage will be supported by Yes bank team, but many follow ups and calls are done but all are worthless . The service Issues are raised to the Bank officials but all are verbally communicated and assured for best services but it’s a complete waste of time and money, and now when I visited the bank to close the Demat account came to know that the amount of Rs. 60, 000/- is charged for Demat account against brokerage and is non-refundable . The documents and forms which are signed earlier need to validate again and I also required a copy as same which is not found in any communication whether its mail or telephonic conversation.
                                Now, it is requested to have a complete audit in this case with the bank officials on how these statement got agreed without knowing the customer that Rs.60, 000 are non-refundable and will be used during 3 years, ie minimum guaranteed amount .
                                In this case the role of executive is most important as he breeched the trust of customer and knowing /unknowing the terms got my signature in application form . No person will be agreed to accept the condition that even if I don’t use my Demat account Rs.60, 000 will be charged as services or brokerage.
                                I found it suspicious that some terms and conditions are not even fully disclosed to me and got the sign as I trust him, so a breach of trust is also done to me . The bank official cheated me by sharing some basic terms and some of them I understood and cleared by Yes bank team when I tried to close this account.
                                So, once again requested to appoint an audit committee to resolve the case as soon as possible.
                                This case give me a clear indication that Yes bank is not Trustworthy Bank now, and also required to close the account and escalating the matter to other concerned authorities also to take further action if Yes Bank Seniors still not serve to me.
