Yes Bank — money not credited, which was paid by cheque to open the account

I had goven a cheque of ₹12000 rs to open a new savings account at yes bank kankurgachi branch, kolkata. Last monday 27th may my cheque got cleared and money got debited from my another account and new yes bank savings account got opened on the same day. Now its 31st may and that money still not got credited in my new account? Why i haven’t got my money in my newly opened account? Where’s that money? Bank person is not helping, simply denying the issues. Ifsc code yesb000565
