Yes Bank — negative penalty (-3900 inr) salaried account

I am using yes bank salaried account over the years, but due to employment change i din't use the yes bank salaried account from last 1 year,

So yes bank charged me the negative penalty (-3900 inr) on min balance on inactive account.

Please wave off the penalty from my account.

*rbi instruction for banks to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance in a savings account touches zero -
