Yes Bank — UPI transactions failed-no refund after waiting for more than a month

My 2 upi transactions of rs 300 got failed on 30th may and amount was deducted from my account and even after calling yes bank complaint number for several times... My problem is not addressed and i have not received the complete refund for one of the transaction.
Got complete refund of rs 300 for one of my transaction and rs 50 for other. I have called them several times to fix the issue and return the money but 3 of my complaints got closed without being fixed.

Its very frustrating experience and no one is taking lead to fix it.
