Hi Team,
I had raised a complaint with Yes Bank regarding my wrong fund transfer on March. Two days before i got a call from Yes Bank call centre employee stating that he will close the complaint. When i asked him why he said the corresponding Bank is declining the dispute request. So the agent wanted me to complaint with RBI against Yes Bank Ltd.
I have been waiting since March for my 2200 refund and I'm still yet to receive a proper communication.
Note: I want someone from Yes Bank to audit my call and agent way of taking also two different agents are talking to me in one name. Think i might not know the difference.
I never had this sort of experience.
Requesting you'll to please help in resolving this complaint.
