Ylg India — bad experience with haircut service

I visited ylg road no. 36 jubilee hills (Hyd) salon on jan 17 and had a bad experience.
The stylist didn't understand my requirement properly and cut my hair differently from what i asked. Also, he cut it in an irregular shape without perfection, where one side is longer than the other, and he didn't remove extra hair which is looking odd. Despite i explained him and showed him a picture he was unable to do it well, and was further ruining it. Also, blow dry with temporary straightening or curling of the edges is done as a common practice after haircut. But he did curling also badly and charged extra 400/- for it without prior intimation, which is unfair. I mentioned him that earlier i had got a better service at other ylg store without any extra charges, and he replied that earlier there was an offer and now it has lapsed, which is totally false. As i was getting late to a party i had to leave without further debate. And at the time of my visit there was another customer who shouted loudly at the reception for bad service and left immediately. I feel that this particular branch neither has experienced staff nor happy customers. Although i have top salons just near my home, i went all the way to ylg trusting the brand for quality and cost effective service, but i'm very disappointed with this branch and will never visit again. As a valued customer, i mailed to ylg customer care about the feedback requesting for refunding the extra charges and allowing me to rectify my haircut issues at another branch where the stylists are more experienced. But till today i have received no reply from them and i feel very disappointed for this attitude, as it has been my favourite brand and now i'm forced to complain online.
