Dear customer care
This is to bring to your notice a severe concern or rather report a scam ylg is running and cheting it's customers.
I have been a loyal customer of ylg since 2010 . For the last many years I have been taking the highest denomination BSC card.
Your staff of brookefield manager Madhuriya have been denying me service on the pretext of appointments fully booked whenever I call for an appointment.
He had last year even rudely spoken to me that I should take the service from the ylg I bought the card from . ( Ylg varthur branch ) . Brookefield branch is closer to me hence I need the service from brookefield branch . However since I bought the card from varthur branch from narayna staff, he has expressed concerns on that . And now whenever I call for an appointment I don't get it .
As latest as today, I got a call from lady from brookefield ylg at 12. 40 pm asking if I need an appointment as they are running a scheme . When I said yes I want to get a facial and hair service done she enquired my name and I heard Madhuriya whispering at the back to say " mana kar doa . "
That lady got puzzled and she said mam I will check and come back in a min .
When after 30 mins back I myself called nd asked for an appointment she said we are fully booked for today and tmrw .
How can this be when you call me on your own for a service and later don't have appointment.
Like I said this has happened several times before and I wanted to complain but just bcoz I am too busy with my office and travel I left it . I ended up going to you star bazar branch and varthur .
But now I will not be quiet . I demand that a strict action be taken against Madhuriya including a tranfer of services or termination .
Or my full money with interest and inconvenience caused to me paid be back .
Or I be given appointment to brookefield ylg whenever I ask for . I am your premium customer by the sheer volume of business I give and loyalty from over 10 years .
Failing any of the above I would not hesitate to take this matter to all possible social media and consumer court .
The above has hurt me severely and I have been denied services which is my right . This amounts to fraud by ylg and staff .
Waiting for an immediate action and resolution.
