I had taken an appointment with sadashivnagar branch for 6 pm.
On entering the salon find the entire parlour dirty with tissues and hair all on the floor.
The girl with whom i had my servising to be doen busy attending to another client and asks me to wait for 15.
When i use the wash room i finf bins spilling over and no body to bother cleaning it
The wax which i normally use the gold /platinum are out of stock and no one bothers to inform me at the time of taking appointment.
At the reception srinivas who is the manager of the parlour has could not care less attitude.
Feel sorry seeingf such pathetic state of affirs
