I visited YLG Banashankari 2nd Stage on 3rd July and had global hair color root touch-up done. When I clearly told the hair stylist to do brown color he has mixed some base colour and left it on my hair for more time turning it to thick back colour on scalp and rest of my hair been light brown.
I repeatedly told the hair stylist to wash off my hair as it started turning black he ignored me and went on to do hair wash for another lady who had turned up without an appointment.
No store manager was available at that time to complain so I later called the store manager and complained and all he had to say is it will fade away after 2 washes and become brown, lol
I am not able to step out of home as my scalp has thick black color now and the rest of the length has been light brown and I am looking like a buffoon. This manager is saying not to step out until 2 hair washes so that color fades away. Does it make any sense??
Are asking the customer not to step out all because of your hairstylist’s fault as he left the product for too long????
I am your customer from past 5 years and is this how you treat them??
