It’s Rekha, yesterday I had taken appointment for waxing on 26th jan 1:30pm, but was not possible for me so I called to postpone for 5pm. Due to my two wheeler problem on the way it was not possible for me to come on time. Already it was 5:45pm, when I went to salon pallavi refused to attend. If she was unable to attend she could have called me and informed about it. Always if a client has not come on time they have to check once, but I really felt bad for this .I know I was late but this is so rude, plz check for this bcoz so many times we have also waited for services .
