Ylg India — Disrespect shouting by the store manager & wrong appointment confirmation by YLG Vijaynagar

I have had the worst experience in customer service in YLG Vijaynagar today (10 March at around 430PM).
I want to file an official complaint on this. The store manager yelled at me, was rude, disrespectful & spoke rubbish. He does not know basic communication.
If you are not coming back to me with an action on this, I will find a legal recourse on this.
To give you a background I have been visiting YLG Vijaynagar for the last 5+ years with minor hiccups here & there. But nothing like what I experienced today. Please remember YLG is a functioning salon because of customers like me who use the service. It's not the other way around -
I took an appointment for head oil massage on 08 or 09 March 2021 for 10 March 2021. I confirmed twice on the call if oil was available since earlier I was told there was no oil. The person on the phone confirmed the availability of oil & asked another hair service member to confirm the price of Rs.400 plus taxes. I double confirmed this. I was given reminder calls for the services & I confirmed it and went to YLG at 420PM. I was asked to wait. And the store manager said there is no oil. Despite confirmation from the salon twice! This was sheer negligence on your teams part. After that it was all haywire.
When I said it's unacceptable, he shouted at me and was disrespectful. I travelled 30 minutes to make it to the appointment. He shouted very badly & I left the coupon I had & walked away. He mentioned he has never confirmed it & I never spoke on the phone to him. I request the video in the store be thoroughly checked along with audio of confirmation given to me. Without listening to what mistakes him/ his team made or suggesting alternative or assuring the customer of making up for the mistake, the store manager screamt at me with utmost disrespect. He refused to give his name when I mentioned I wanted to raise a complaint & shouted at me as if I am his servant.

Does your team not have basic customer communication training? Firstly, basic speaking skills, secondly confirming incorrect things.I had a coupon worth INR 350 that I left in the salon & i have travelled for no reason & suffered immense mental & emotional trauma before a travel.
Do provide me an update for my grievance. Let me know the course of action & if you are not willing to, I will look for legal recourse. I have enough family & friends visiting your salon & I feel obligated to share my experience with them and never visit your salon after your wonderful treatment.
