Hi,
I bought their membership card. Today i visited them with my mother, eager to use my membership. The staff were very polite, did their services well. While paying i was told that my membership card was invalid. I politely asked if there was anything that could be done while billing our 2k worth of services because i had 4k in my membership card. The cashier said that she would ask the manager, very politely.
Here is the kicker. The manager was getting a trim while there were customers in the salon. We waited upto five minutes while he finished with his beauty regimen. Asking him if they could transfer the balance to the next month while deducting 15-20%, he said there was nothing he could do. I had lost the 4k in my card + had to pay for the 2k additionally.
I would like to file a complaint, because it seems like they have done this multiple times, at various branches. What do i do? Was this information helpful? |
