Ylg India — Pest control while in the salon

Last week, in ylg Nungambakkam, chennai, they starred pest control while I was getting my hair washed for a root touch up. I reacted extremely badly to the smell and started coughing and wheezing. While the girl, Sandhya was kind and helpful, I had to leave the salon with my hair wet. The salon refuses to refund me. They first offered to cut my hair (I don't want to cut my hair) and today offered to give me a new root touch up (which I don't want either). Could I proceed to a consumer court to get a refund for this service?
