I had booked an appointment with Ylg Yelhanka for hair services and informed that I will visit around 0130 pm to 02pm.
The lady who picked the call had actually took as 12 45 pm. Despite take wrong information she was blaming me that I came late and hence she can’t provide the service .
She didn’t offer me anything while I left the place so the frustration as it was urgent was me and left to another salon.
This is first time bad and poor experience from Ylg. I was customer of ylg since 7 to 10 years and a beauty secret card holder. I never had this experience. Previously, if I were late, they used to call and confirm if they had to engage another customer …..
Which was not the case this time. She called me after 25 mins when was taking services from other salon which was not necessary.
Though I had enough amount in my card … I had to go to another salon to get the service done becoz of her poor treatment.
I do not have any problem with Yogesh from YLG who always gave me the best customer service until now …. I always prefer him for my hair services from Ylg . He is very kind. Was this information helpful? |
