Hi,
I have been a loyal client of YLG Adyar, Gandhinagar for the past 4+ years and I am seeing a strong decline on the service excellence of this particular branch . Since I thoroughly enjoyed your services at one point this decline is quite a setback for my postive view which I have for YLG salons
Reasons being
- non retaining and non recruitment of good and skilled staff . I have to inform one day in advance if I need specific hair colour or hair treatment as they have to bring staff from other branch .
- for the last 2- 3 times I have been misinformed about the availability of a certain stylist with whom I am comfortable getting my services done . I am extremely specific about my stylist as I have sensitive skin and enquire a lot abt the process and products before I put them on my skin or hair .
- neatness in the pedicure section and non availability of proper nail polishes for the past 1 year . They have a max of 10 polishes to choose from which is bare basic colours and nothing fancy .
- on and off water issues in both pedicure section and hair wash section. Today ( 28/11/23) they had to use bucket and mug to wash my hair after root touch up which is unacceptable . I am letting chemicals on my hair and most basic expectation is water for hair wash .
- Non- Availability of choices for premium packages for facial or pedicure . I have been doing the same pedicure and facial which is done for bridal packages because that’s the only one that is giving decent results .
Above are the summary of my specific concerns and expect the management to look into this asap and resolve, as this industry is highly customer centric and I have seen much better service that lead me to take high value memberships in you salon . Such sloppy attitude of the person who is managing the branch will def lead to reduction of repeated clients and memberships including mine .
