I had opted for a YLG card with a preloaded balance with 6 months expiration in December to avails services mentioned in their website, mobile app and salon services card.
In the middle of the 6 months period, all of their premium raw material has become out of stock and I’m not able to avail the services for which I had opted for their membership card.
They cannot keep the customer uninformed or deny service once the customer has already paid them the amount. If they would’ve communicated this before, I wouldn’t have loaded the prepaid card itself.
Would like YLG to refund the money back or extend the expiration accounting for this entire duration where their raw material is not available. Was this information helpful? |
