Hi All, My name is Mohd. Irshad Sahad. I hold a you broadband connection. Please find below my You Broadband Account and email id. You Broadband Account Number: 1065788 Registered email id: irshad.[protected]@yahoo.com You broadband is a nice organization and everybody in this organization knows how to give excuses. They never understand the issue and just repeat the same statement within 24 working hours problem will be resolved. I make an online transaction on 5th June 2014 for broadband connection. By 7th June You Broadband engineer(Abhisheak) visited my place and perform the modem installation. On 9th June when I tried to connect to internet, I was redirected to payment option (I made payment for Quarterly plan just 4 days before). I called the SO called "Customer Helpline number" that is [protected] (Which is chargeable). I told them the entire scenario but they did nothing on it. Whenever I call Customer Helpline number they reply like "Currently an outage is going on in your area" or "within 24 working hours your issue will be resolve". On 18th I come to know that the modem provided by Abhisheak is a recovery modem(modem recovered after connection termination). My query is "How can you provide a recovery modem for new connection?". I explain this thing to lots of SO called seniors in YOU BROADBAND including (Merlin and Manisha) who are said to be the nodal officer. Finally on 23rd June I get the connection on my name and finally use it after 18 Days. In the meantime I faced several exams and You Broadband helped a lot to ruin all my efforts. This is only the beginning of my journey with You Broadband and day by day things becomes worst for me. On 30th It all started I tried to connect the broadband and its taking 3 to 5 min to open www.google.com, a single web page with no flash on it. I register a complaint against it and till next few days my broadband was working the such a slow speed. Issue gets resolved and after a week (or even less than a week) I again face the issue with broadband speed. Few days it was working like that only suddenly speed gets even slower than mobile internet or 1 Mbps speed that You Broadband offers. On 17th Of August I found that Speed was really low so very next day I register a complaint for slow speed. After registering complaint on 18th August 2014, I wont be able to brows even a single page. What a Service "Hats Off to such a remarkable service". It continues for the entire week on 23 August 2014 I visited You Broadband's Shivaji Nagar Office. I show them the video that what's happening. I was able to connect to Internet but not able to browse even a single page. I asked them that I don't want to Continue, terminate the connection and refund the entire amount. Manoj So called "Member from the technical team" asked me to wrote an email for the same on email id "customercare.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in". I wrote everything in that mail and I get reply from Minal stating that technical issues exists BLA BLA BLA. I mentioned all the ticket numbers, my usage and asked for providing me the details of all the tickets along with the closing comment. Now I didn't receive any reply from You Broadband till Aug 30, 2014 and Broadband was not working. I again visited again and again every Saturday till 6th of September. On 6th Sep I told them that from 18th Aug I didn't get any service and if you are not going to pay me back then I will challenge you in court. They extended service for 20 more days but net worked only 2 days. I again register the complaint on 8th September, Again no engineer visited me and close the ticked. I raise same ticket on 10 again they close that. I raised it again on 18th and told them that if It didn't work by Monday 22nd Sep I will register a complaint against you. Luckily it worked on Monday but from Tuesday it continues the same no Internet access. You Broadband Should be ashamed on what service they are providing. From 18th Aug 2014 to till date Internet worked only for 4 days Extraordinary Service by You Broadband. Was this information helpful? | |||
