Since 36 hours internet connection is not working and no body is responding on the call. Pathetic service by YouBroadband and their service representative.
Mr. Hiren Pandya[protected] and Mr. Pankay[protected].
They are treating us as beggar as we have paid up for 1 year.
Fraud company and cheap people.
Never go with youbroadband.

    This service provider network is so poor day by day
    No proper support from staff,
    Using their network, my brother was attending a job interview and the network was poor and suddenly stopped working,
    He couldn't complete the interview amd he was given a second chance, now to our surprise he recieved mail stating he didn't select,
    Believing the network and he started his interview and You Broadband screwed his job
    Plan speed is 75 mbps and average bspeed i am getting is 4-5 mbps

      I selected You Broadband for my work on[protected], I wanted to get it started from[protected], the salesperson said, it will be done as soon as earliest, it will start on Monday or before, but then they start ignoring calls after having advance payments, on Monday I tried to contact them and they said it will be done tomorrow, they also said you did not confirm that any person did not come for cabling on Saturday, you should have to inform us that was the word of salesperson, on[protected], cable was installed but the technical person said he did not take router that was part of the installation and which is not available in stock, they anyhow started service through a lan cable which was good part because i was paying late fees to my employer for being unable in login at actual time, as well as one of my family member also have to use internet with high speed for their work, I asked the salesperson for router issue then he said yes sir router is not available in stock if you want to purchase it from outside I will bring it to you with the same price, and you have to wait for few more days for the router, they did not clarify at early and they said I already said all these issues like installation, stock, etc.

        I have opted for new connection on 20.Sept.2021 with making payment of Rs.1576, as the promised to install new connection which they mentioned its not possible, after 2 days and mentioned that refund is on process will reach you within 15 days, later on there is no response from customer care hence visited Bangalore office on 26.Oct.2021 which is located in Vasant Nagar as Keshav Reddy +91 [protected] who addressed as Manager asked me to share the details and promised will refund you within 25 days, there is no refund and there is no response from customer care as well the manager he is not responding to my calls and whatsapp
        kindly do the needful as this kind of company or scamming people.

          Hello, my name is Kisan Nikam. I am senior citizen in Pune. I posted advertising on 99acres for Nashik location. This person called us saying that he got transferred to Nashik airport. We verified his documents shared by him. He told us to open Paytm or Google pay application. We denied first. But then he convinced us. On 7th December 2021 he told us to maintain balance of 25000rs in bank so that he can transfer 50000 deposit amount. In the afternoon he debited money 20000 rs from my account. Please help civilians. Such people are creating fraud in the name of Indian Army.

              My speed is very slow since 17th november i have also complained about this manier times in call centre but neither they nor the technician is able to solve the problem and when i message him about the slow speed he says he can't solve my issue

              and the surprising thing is the ping is always arround 1, 2 3 or even sometimes 0 but the speed is still not touching 10mbps

              and also see the way your technician answers and whenever they talk to the head of the technical team even he is also unable to solve the problem and in my area there were 4 people who were using this you broadband out of this 4, 2 of them already left them because of this kind of their services . And also neither they are ready to refund the money of the reamaining days even when i have requested them to cut the free days also give back the money of remaining days . and also my router is totally fine and once the techncian has also brought a new router by himself to check the speed was same as of mine router

                    I took 3 months plan from them
                    First they do fraud for router.
                    They say router works and they tell us to pay for the plan then they say the router we have doesnt work with their network.
                    secondly their network is notwork from past 25 days i have been calling and complaining but no action has been taken yet .
                    No one visits i have lodged so many complaints against them for the service no one visits
                    Till date my internet is not working
                    I have paid around 3.5k to them
                    No service given
                    I want to return their device and get a full refund .

                      Actually I lost youbroadband connection on 22nd October, as always I did I requested my area agent(ramesh Nunavath) to look in to my issue but there is no result on that day and when I called him on next day he said that there is a box issue in my colony and he need 1day time to solve it and when I reached him next day he is not answering my calls so I reached his manager I don't remember his name but his number is
                      [protected], he said that by tomorrow it will be done but still no result I have raised ticket through app also but no result no one is responding this very pathetic service I can understand that there will be a technical issues but avoiding the customer calls is not a culture of good employee.

                      If this is the case youbroadband will lose the existing customers and hard earned good name till now because o[censored]nquality staff, same like vodafone, you broadband has to finish there existence in the market.

                      It has been 5 days now iam facing this issue, if you people fail to provide me a service by end of the day refund my deposit amount I'll go with ACT or Airtel and I will end my loyal relation with youbroadband.

                      I'll hope that action will be taken on Ramesh Nunavath and his manager.

                      Go through the attachment and look how many times I tried to reach ramesh Nunavath.

                        I had to termiate my connection of YOU Broadband due to shifting reasons.

                        Therefore, the collection of the company modem(hardware) was done successfully on 18/05/2021 by Mr. Akash Pawar (Emp. ID: 1268635). He handed me a receipt of collection in which it is clearly mentioned that refund of security deposit if any will be done within 15 days of collection.                         I have a imternet connection issue from last 8-9 days. I have a make 3 complain regarding this problem. Every 2 days internet connection is down. Next day their engineer came and resolve the problem. After 2 days same problem occure.

                          You Broadband is cheating.., they’re not giving proper service. When ever there’s is problem, it never fixed on time. Customer care always says they’re escalating but the work doesn’t move forward. Supervisor do not speak English and useless.., agent’s are better than supervisors.
                          Field engineer closes ticket without fixing internet issue, You Broadband app do not have field engineer contact details and if the contact is updated then the number doesn’t work.
                          Sending an email is acknowledged by auto reply but issue is never fixed on time.
                          No other source to contact higher authority and inform about the issue.
                          Sales team do fake promises to close the deal and they only contact at the time of renewal.
                          Opting You Broadband service is waste of money.

                              I had chosen their service because I've a transferable job and they mentioned that they will shift my connection to new location anywhere in Pune and I can continue with my existing data plans. Now they are refusing to shift my connection to my new location and are refusing to provide a refund for the pack I've already paid. Customer care is not at all helping with the solution. This is misleading customers into buying their service but not providing service for which the customer has already paid for.
