I have requested a new broadband connection on date: 02/01/2016 and issued cheque for the same. Details are as below.

After waiting for almost 22 days, as connection is not provided, I have raise connection cancellation request and asked for refund on date 24/01/2016.

I have not received my refund and they have closed the complaint without informing me. I have raised another request for the same. Request no is.[protected].

Requesting you to do needful to provide refund with interest. You broadband always taking money in advance and for refund, they are delaying and eating interest of it without any reason.

I'm L CH RAJKUMAR living here in Vizag, facing problem internet service provider namely "YouBroadband India Pvt Ltd".

On 16th February, 2016 I have called Sales Representative of YouBroadband Vizag to have a connection in my house. He came and told feasibility is available as the YOUBROADBAND HUB box is available beside my house. So based on his confirmation I given him CHEQUE of Rs.2200 and asked when can I expect connection to my house. He told me that within 1 to 2 days. On the same day YouBroadband execute called me & asked about connection shifting as I lived at another location at Vizag in 2014. So he told me that within 3days we'll do shift your connection with NEW PLAN which I chosen for Rs. 2200 but with my old account.
So I agreed and asked 5times in how many days it will be done. He told as within 3days only. But until today no executive of YouBroadband came to my home or even none of them called me.

I got doubted & called to customer care for 2 times. They told me that already one executive is assigned for my connection setup in my new location. I asked executive name, but they are not telling his name properly & even didn't given his phone number too. Just telling within 4 to 8 hours connection will be provided. That's all they are saying to me. If I asked forcely then they are saying in 1more day.

I don't know why they are not giving connection to me.

They taken my money but not giving connection to me.

Today is 27th February 2016. Total of 11 days to give a connection in a SMART CITY??

Is this the way to treat customers??

All I need is connection to my home immediately. Kindly please help me to solve my issue with this YouBroadband company.

i am staying in subhanpura area samta my internet service does not work last 12day.

i complaint fast on 17th Feb 2016 to [protected]. they give me only 2days to solved problem. after 2days same and then 22nd and then 25 and then 27th and then 29th now. i did call customer care last 10days more then 25times every time different person on call center. last some days i try to asked them to give to floor in-charge but some they not transfer but some, many time i did ask and they transfer for floor in-charge but they just hold me on phone but end it say thanks one megs and cut call. last 10 days i did call more over all customer finally i asked do any one wright any complaint they say if there heavy work they do not wright those complaint,

today evening my father who is 65 he went at office old padra you broad band, there one floor in charge mr himanshu given surely by today evening some one visits home. mr mihir also say and give my father one number [protected] but this number try 25time not reply.
i think this company has many customer now they don't care about 150 customer who suffer this problem form last 10days. because
i did pay them in one installment i did not pay them in many installment so they give me dates in installment

I am a very old customer of your company. After complaining more than 20 times, I am even fed up of complaining now. The internet does not work for more than 4 to 5 times in the month. When the internet stops it does not work for almost a day or two. They don't give proper answers.

I have paid for the annual plan and it has not even been 5 months completed. I would either like to have a permanent solution to my problem or give me refund for the remaining period and my deposit amount. They are only cheating like this by taking all the money and then not giving proper service.

They say that their terms and conditions do not allow any kind of refund; but this is only valid when they are able to give adequate, proper services. So, they should not brag about this terms and policies.

If you are not able to respond. GIVE ME REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

You Broadband is a fraud organization who don't refund the Deposit Amount at the time of taking the Connection. After I submit the Modem they told me that deposit amount will be credited to my Bank Account which never happened. After several follow up I didn't get any response from the Customer service. Deposit amount is which they never refund. Be careful before taking the connection.

I get a net connection from YOU BRODBAND PVT LTD.and they offered me free month benifit they tlod to me that i riffer net connection to some one then i will get one month free net surfing . But they cheated me ofter getting connection.so please take an action on you broad band hyderabad.

Facing one of the most apathetic customer care service for account no 1245244. Everytime we subscribe to a 3 month package, we end up not having net at least for 2-3 weeks.

The main reason for delay is their customer care which has bots who keep repeating 4-8 working hours, but NOTHING EVER HAPPENS until multiple followups. Not sure who are the clowns who are running this company. Tired of their service and want to move on, but even that is something they are not helping me on due to their laxity.

We have just buy a broadband of company "youbroadband". They offer us the speed cap of 5 to 15 mbps. But we never get the speed of even 5 mbps. We complaint a lot of time to constomer care also. They told us to send a technician of their but they haven't a single time. So we need our money back which is 3064 + additional setup cost

Hi, I applied a for new connection of you broadband. They promised me they would install in 2 days and took a cheque of Rs 1970/- till now they haven't done the installation and the guy who came for taking the application is not answering the calls and you broadband customer care just says ur issue will be resolved in next 4-8 hrs every time I call them.

I have renewed my subscription with You Broadband on 28th November 2015.

I was not able to access the internet even for 10 seconds since the renewal. I have raised multiple complaints through their calls and email to their customer care. Below are the complaint numbers.

Every time, on every call I had been told that i will receive a call within 4 - 8 working hours. But unfortunately I never received any call from them till date even after consistent follow ups.

I had also asked for disconnection and refund, which also didn't happen.

This is the worst service provider i have seen. before renewal of subscription, they tortured me everyday for renewal. And once i renewed the service, i didn't get to use it at all.

These people are thieves. All they want is customer's money. Once they got the subscription money, they stopped the service.

It has been a mental torture to deal with these people. I have suffered mentally and financially.

I have paid a sum of 4918 Rs to Mr Prakash ([protected]) on 26th January 2015 in Aundh, Pune
We we were assure of connection in 5 days. Till now only cabling is done and we have no user id password or modem yet. The contact people Mr Prakash and Rahul Gagare ([protected]) are not answering our calls.

We have raised this issue with the customer service 3 times. They say the issue will be resolved in 4 hours and till now we have no resolution

Dear Government Of India Policies Team,
I would like to request you to provide some kind of consumer protection when public are utilizing private service providers like Mobile, Internet, Financial Policies etc. Right now we as Indians doesn't really have got any serious consumer protection as like other european and western countries where when a customer files a complaint on a service provider with consumer forums or any sort of things, not only consumer will be compensated but also the service provider gets penalized very severely and if the same repeats for 2 to 3 times, service provider license will be terminated immediately. But in India, consumer gets compensation but the service provider are penalized not severely and there is no clause for frequent offending service providers in India.

My Reference to all this comes from a Service provider whom i am seeing from past 1 year whose name is You Broadband. This service provider never provides service as they are supposed to and the answers always be Power down at node for which we need to wait till next day 11Am as their technical team starts working only from 10AM instead of Round the clock service. And also for the down time compensation they don't compensate if the down time is not more than 24Hrs. In certain days network used to be down on Friday and i have to wait till Monday or Tuesday as Sunday is a Holiday and saturday they never look at the problems. I have sent a grievance to their appellate authority and no response from any of those.
As an Indian my suggestion to Indian Government and people who are behind the Indian Growth is to ensure these kind of service providers were expelled from the market so that serious players will come into market. With these kind of service provider, Digital India Plan of Our Honourable Prime Minister Modi sir will never be realized even after 20 years. Indian's need consumer protection by government like other countries and that is when People of India will really take part of our Government's plans to freely take part in developing our Nation.

I have paid all the money for service but not getting service properly. I am calling to You broadband's customer care every other day and still got no solution from them. I am not able to connect to the net and also I have opted for speed of 512 kbps but ever since I installed it haven't able to get speed beyond 480kbps. You broadband is a total fraud.

I have paid 3 months advance of 5600 for a new connection and even after waiting 30 days no connection at all due to their internal issues. Now I asked for the refund and came to know that there is no refund and company going to shut down. Please keep away from YOU BROADBAND.

Since last 10 days there is no internet. And I am informed about 1 month more there will be no connectivity. Moreover there agent are shameless in replying especially Rakesh from Vadodara.
Neither they have taken any steps for any compensation .

I want to cancel my connection so that I can get new connection from other company.

I just want them to contact me.

My name is Khuzema. T and I live in Pune. I am a YOU broadband customer for apprx. a year (user name: kt_402). My internet stopped working a couple of days back and, even after complaining thrice a day, nothing has been done.

Upon calling the service center, I'm told that Mr. X has been assigned the problem and he should be contacting me any time now, but that Mr. X hasn't contacted me yet.

I really don't know what kind of a kick YOU Broadband gets by answering but mocking customers' calls, but honestly, this is not the way to go about it.

First of all i am not writing this complaint out of anger because its almost been three months since i started complaining about youbroadband so i am very relaxed but just want to help out others who is thinking about youbroadband... So i am based in chennai (Velachery) you broadband only provides prepaid service so i made a payment for 3 months on — 9th november 2015 and i used internet for 5 days and that is it... Not a day after that — for some technical reasons the internet got disconnected and i have been complaining and complaining for 3 months now the issue is not resolved and i did not even get one single callback trying to resolve the issue... No one even tried to fix the issue and they say they wont refund the money back... Each and every time i call their customer service they tell the same thing (I must have called them like 50 times) — they say that they will not give money back neither will they resolve the issue — i do not know how dare they say it... I feel so cheated so foolish for paying for 3 months of subscription... Anyways i lost only around 3000 rs because of this decision but learnt a lot about youbroadband... From my experience in life you broadband provides the worst customer service in the whole world and its not just for broadband they have the worst customer service comparing anything anywhere... Anyways i have all the proof if somebody is requesting including a recorded call with customer service agent... I am not bothered about losing this money and i just hope this feedback helps people understand that youbroadband is the worst broadband provider in india if not the world...

I am very disappointed with the services provided by You broadband. I am unable to access wifi since the first day of my connection. Customer care executive everyday makes a commitment that the issue won't be repeated again, but the story is repeated everyday. Asking for Discontinuation to the service, I am told that I will not be refunded the amount.
