Internet service not provided inspite of advance amount Rs 1649 paid on 12 June 2021 for one month. Many times complaint done at their portal, their rep attended but not resolved the issue. They seems doing purposely. They have monopoly in area. They opposes other service providers. The question is not of money but the harashment done by service provider. So conclusion is that internet service not provided inspite payment and one month passed.

    I purchased their services on 16, March 2021 and 19th, March 201 they informed me that they can not installed internet connection as my address(location) is not feasible for installation. So they return my money in 45 days means till 30th, April 2021. But I don't get refund till yet. I called their customers helpline number so many time but they just say you refund has been initiated our team will call soon. Today is 2, July 2021 but I am still did not get any call or reason why they are not returning my money. My cc numbey they provide after pay is followed. CC531989.
    I am attaching screenshot of sms pay made to their executive. Please help.

      I have never had such an internet issue before with any other broadband. These people always have outage issue in my area every 2 days . Their engineers are least qualified for solving issues. Maintenance and outage every other day. Even their speed is not upto plan. I have taken 75mbps and I get only 20 to 30 max .

      My friend had recommended this broadband, but i would suggest no one to use their service. They have service unavailable for 24 to 48 hrs om working days.

      Better go for some other broadband service.

            My You Broadband Account Number is 2028134 and User ID is you901.
            My broadband internet is not working since 11 Days (19-May-21).
            I have complained about this many times but get no response.
            Also to inform that I have renewed my account for 6 months, just before 24 days with Rs.4, 956. Request to extend the renewal date for 12 days.

              Last five days without net of YOU BROADBAND.
              There customer care is total waste.they only say within 24 hour your problem solved.
              But if you ask them what are the progress to solved the comlaint they doesn't know.i am very disappointed.there is no proper mechanism to handle the problem.

                  I'm using You broadband internet for more than 6 months. From few days the internet is not proper at my area (Kakinada). The team is also not responding (quickly) they even saying useless answers. If we lost internet after 6pm in the evening they are not even checking the issue. Again we are getting the internet on the next mid-of-day. Like this it's happening for a week. Mostly the service is veryyy bad. We are really really veryyyy frustrated these days and our total money💰 got wasted.

                      I was a you broadband customer until 29th nov 2020. While setting up the connection they took a deposit of 2000 rs for the modem
                      Account number: 1998197
                      The service/ connection and customer care was so horrible that i had to leave the connection and the modem was collected on 29h Nov 2020. I was told refund will be given in 45 working days.

                      I havr still not received any amount. If i contact customer care they say they cannot give solutions online . If i ask them to give contact number of the relevant team, they mention that they dont havr any information.

                      It is a SCAM. This is a way they cheat customers and keep their money claiming it to be a deposit.

                        It has bee more than one year to following up with Youbroadband Team ButI have not received any updates yet. I have not received any updates yet, in spite of continuing followup.

                        I have been informed that I shall be receiving a check reissue of amount Rs. 750/- (Refund check date: 05March2020, Refund check no: 306115) at my local address as mentioned below within 10 days. However Still now, I have not received any updates from your side.

                        It has been more than one year but no response from your end as initial check was issued on March-2020, but Due to COVID-19 it was delivered in July post expiry of it. All your team members give excuses over all calls & messages with no proper response and asking again & again to wait for 15-20days without any reasons. Once it has elapsed 15-20 days again asking to wait for 15-20 days but no response from your side neither from any of the team in fact quite following up with all.

                        I would once again request you to issue a check immediately as my below given local address or else I shall be filing complaint against all your team members as well company.

                          I had done advance payment for plan amount 3636₹ and after that Youbroadband stopped the connection due to unkown reason and after that before renewal of the plan I registered the complaint for cancellation of plan and refunding the advance payment i had dine in 18 march but they are doing neither of things they are refusing to refund the amount and also not solving the connectivity problem owing to that i dont see any reason to suscribe to any of the you broadband services and they also activated the queued plan for which I ordered them to not to activate the queued plan to prior to its renewal date. To me it feels like a fraud taking money for plan and deactivating internet there after please look into it they are frauding people in ahmedabad

                            As we checked at LTF_Pune Zenith complex branch the local Wifi router SSID is enabled and as per our LTF security policy the local wifi should be disabled at all LTF_Branch.
                            So please disable the Local wifi router SSID and confirm the same.

                            Need to disabled the local wifi of The Primery router which is connected on port no1 at our Lavelle SD WAN device.

                              Hi Sir,

                              I am Hemanth Harish Gandi, writing this complaint on behalf of Abhinava Teja Gandi (my brother).

                              We have decided to opt for You-Broadband internet connection at our house(address mentioned below) on June 6th, 2020 and had made a payment of INR 2169 towards our new internet connection. Ever since then, we never had relevant communication from the YOU Broadband team. We had been writing many mails and even calling to the customer care, but of no use at the end.

                              After calling the team for quite a few times, we got the black box installed at our place on June 13th, 2020 (one week later our payment). We just got the black box and nothing else. We had no internet fibre, nor internet connection and was informed by one of their associates that company is going to get back to us for the internet connectivity. We never knew how long would that take for the company to get back to us.

                              So calling the YOU- Broadband team again a several times would only delay our work schedule, rather instead we decided to go for local internet, which promised to set up installation within a day and also stood to their words.

                              You can imagine, if a company takes such a long time to install internet connection, we can even think how long will it take for them to give us back our refund.

                              We had cancelled our internet connection with YOU broadband team on JUNE 13, 2020 and today it's March 5, 2021. It's been more than 8 months and we are yet to receive our refund.

                              I can completely understand the uncertainties caused due to COVID-19. But will it take the company a life time to return our money which is barely 2000 bucks.

                              Finally, it's about the internet or the money, it's more about the service which I had received from YOU- Broadband Connection. I would never recommend YOU to anyone of my friends but I want to know the reason why the company took eight months to process our refund.

                                My Youbroadband Internet Connection is not working since last 5 days when I made fresh recharge for yearly package. I had complained 3 times, every time they say within next 24 hours your issue will be resolved but till date issue has remain an issue. Highly dissatisfied with after service

                                      Internet goes down frequently, and when I try to register a complaint through their website, it doesn't even show the required options to do that. Also, when I try to call customer care, it doesn't let me talk to the customer representative and says that they already have my complaint registered as well as their representative will call me and he never does.

                                        On 26 jan internet went down and in you Broadband app it was showing that it will be back running on 3pm i called customer service center and they said same now on 27 jan still internet is not working and they are saying it will start on 29jan 6pm this same problem repeats every week once. On holiday they stop internet service
