    I was complain many times to broadband provider but they didn't take any action and directly close my complain with out visit i have proof of mails and complains

    i have plan of 50Mbps speed but i did not get even 45Mbps since longer time and they did not take any action about this

      You broadband india ltd. Has the worst customer service possible. I applied for a new connection 22 days back and made a payment of inr5000. I was promised that my connection would start in 10-12 days. Its been 22 days and no service has been provided yet. After numerous calls and mails to their customer service to which they didn't reply properly or at all, they expect me to wait for someone to discontinue their service so that i can get a modem.
      This is ridiculous! Even after generating a refund request, they say no request was made for any sort of refund.
      In this time of global pandemic, companies like you broadband india ltd. Are benefiting from people's desperation.

        Myself omprakash customer ID:omprak8. You can see last 2 years my records how many times I have given request & Complaint for the my power supply benefit always, that too lots of follow-up after the complaint then I have received the power supply benefit always your customer care executive say that I'll be getting a call since 2 years no call have received from your people regarding power supply benefit. Since the last 2 years for this request or complaint I have to wait a minimum 8 to 10 days working days to activate my services. You can check my records. I have given complaint on 14th and yesterday in the morning and in the afternoon your people told that I'll be getting a call from your concern person as usual your person no one have called me, today when I have called your customer care your executive is saying that there is no connections from my power supply actually there two wires are going on (kindly find the attachment which I have taken a pic)how can I know that connections are not active, because you are people since last two years there is no proper response regarding the powers supply benefit. Since 14 June to till date no one came for checking, blindly how can I say. How they can give wrong information like that. Your people will call for renewable not for this kind of service ( power supply benefit) since the last two years you can check my records. Any other kind disconnection in my connection or any problem in the area they do support a lot. I am happy with services but not with power supply benefits.

        Kindly look into this and reply to me as soon as possible every time after giving a complaint or request it will take 8 to 10 working days that too lots of follow-up, to activate my services (power supply benefit).

        After mailing keep on follow up no reply

          My internet is not working since june 12. No one addressed my problem until june 20. After that they tell me there is no route in your area since i am only customer.

          I was a youbroadband customer since 2005 and now i am treated very badly.

          The mumbai head mr. Murthy krishnan and tech lead ganesh khadtare along with engineer kishore thakur have given me false promises.

          Mr. Murthy does not let me talk to his manager because he fears the real picture will be seen of how unethical and slow responsive the team is.

          The engineers enter houses without covid masks and use foul language.

          They are forcing me to close the account and run behind refund. The call center tells no refund possible. I had paid for 6 months.

          Murthy and ganesh are avoiding me.

          In this 21st century where technology is so advanced youbb does not have a solution. The truth is they do not want to put efforts for 1 customer. If there were 100 customers then things would have moved faster

            This is regarding the complaint against service provider You Broadband Pvt Ltd. From the starting of this month (June 2020) we started facing issues of slow internet and connectivity issues every now and then. After a week when we started complaining about the same, they kept on delaying the repairing by saying that they have some line fixing problem so it will be resolved in couple of days. Even though on registering the complaint many times we didn't get the number anytime and kept on delaying the resolution by telling that soon the problem will be resolved. On complaining every now and then when we didn't got our problem solved we are writing you for the same and kindly make a note that we also need the extension of the services against the trouble we went through this entire month.               I have bought 50 mbpd plan and the dowload speed shows 40 mbps and upload is zero, which means i cannot work from home for my office work. No one is responding.net is off since yesterday. Customer care number just take complain on ivr with any request details. I would suggest each of you don't buy you broadband connection it's fake.

                  Low water supply in our area. We live in palam village badi aal. There is very low water supply that we can even have 4-5 water bucket.. Plz increase water supply in our area.. It's request.

                    Its been more than 15 days, i have paid rs.2850.00 online (Thru mr. Kishan solank) for new connection. I have been provided the confirmation number : cc436448 and (Cc opcit[protected].
                    But still the installation has not been done.

                    However, the representative of you broadband is demanding rs.250/- more (In cash or through google pay on his personal number) to get the connection.

                      I have made so many service requests from my mobile (Via phone and app too) those requests gets cleared without even notifying me,
                      Im facing a network issue since 3 months and i have not received any call from them.

                      Their toll free number always say that they will revert back in 24 hours but they never do.

                      My user id is gsr465.

                      Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                        I paid for a new connection on 3rd june 2020 and they said it’ll be installed in 7 days but they didn’t install it nor contacted me on this behalf.

                        I’ve reached their customer service through call and email and there is no response.

                          I had applied for a new broadband connection on 28th may 2020 after getting the assurance that connection will be done within 3-4 days. I have made the payment of a deposit with one month recharge plan of rupees 1424/- through online with the help of mr. Raghuvirsingh parmar. Now it's almost gone 19 days from the date of payment. I have not got the installation yet.

                            I did a booking for youbroadband connection on the 5th of june 2020. It's 12th of june toady so i am doing a complaint on this forum as i have no updates from youbroadband and they are not addressing me. It's now more than 7 days i have not got my connection installed and whenever i contact youbroadband the customer service does nothing but to escalate the complaint and even escalation doesn't help, no one responds. My confirmation number is cc437073 and i have already paid a sum of rupees 3432 in advance. Taking money and not giving services/good is a fraud. Please help me out by forcing and pressurizing the company to do the installation.

                                    My account no is 1285368 raised a service request to add power supply benefit into my account for the period of 1 year on 15th of may via email and customer care and even contacted the local executives about the issue. They promised me it will be done before the account expires and my account won't be suspended. Now my account got expired and there is no internet for the past 5 days and all the customer care executives are rude saying it will be done when it is done and hanging up the call if i ask for a proper date by which the request will process. The local operators are not answering the call and are talking harshly when called from a different mobile no regarding the issue. Very unprofessional behaviour from the you broadband

                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: broadband internet

                                      The issue that i have experienced was: i applied for new connection on 18th may 2020. On 18th may you broadband clear feasibility clearance and permission approval but no further proceding.
                                      I complained more than 5-6 times on helpline regarding delay in installation but till now nothing happened except feasibility clearance.
                                      Nodal officer is also not entertaining.
                                      12 days happened to go after payment but no process done.
                                      Worst service provider and worst service.
                                      Please do not buy broadband from youbroadband.
                                      I am also in Pune and I am also facing the same problem. I am so fed up with this company and their fake staff. Moreover upon reading the reviews getting a refund from such ### company is also a headache

                                        Hello,
                                        I have booked internet connection on 22nd of march 2020 from you broadband & i have paid online amount of rs.2520/- for 3 months plan. I have communicated continuosly with the service provider hari om enterprise for connection but due to lockdown they were unable to attend for connection. So that i have cancelled my intrnet connection before installation. I have requested them for refund. Its more than 2 months i have yet not received my paid amount. They are saying courier service is not available so that they are not able to deliver refund cheque. I have requested them for online transaction so that i will receive my amount earlier. But they are refusing and saying company policy will not allowed them to pay refund amount by online transaction.
                                        Please help me to get my refund back.
