Respected sir I Javin anupambhai kharod 1270457 user ID from youbroad band service and register mobile number [protected] given application through customer care number for relocation my connection 19/03/2019 and I renewed 6 month 240 GB plan in month of January 2019 after that youbroad band service team never responded me and never shifted the connection I personally 22 time's call in customer care number also more than 9 time message to their email address [protected]@youbroadband.co.in but still there is no response and when I applied for new connection for just checked whether their service abilable or not? So many exciting offer's from their concerns team means they are not interested to shift the location otherwise they must provide a New connection in same place based on that I feel youbroad band cheat me taking money in advance and after not provide services so please consider my request and take a strong action and try to install the wire and start internet connection as Soon as possible
