You Broadband India — disconnection and refund | |||||
I have lodged request for disconnection but after 7 days no one pickup modem, i have also lodged complaint regarding this over voice and email and also to local staff of you broadband but they reluctant in this. Surprise is that i have send 2 emails to nodal officer, appellete authority but no response from that side too. Very poor staff and management. Now i think why vodafone take over it. It's show that the future of company will not good. If they not customer centric then other competitors encash this offer. I will also switch from you and opt new isp.
