You Broadband India — disconnection issue | |||
I had made october 2019 payment. It was not reflecting in idea broadband (You broadband now) side. Hence i provided them my bank transaction reference along with screenshot etc. I proactively followed up with them for 3 weeks. And they kept reling me their backend team is resolving it. Inspite of an issue on their side for not able to trace a transaction they cut off my internet service until they are able to close out issue on their side of tracing payment. Worst customer service!!! Idea broadband (You broadband) suck big time!! Stick with jio broadband please Was this information helpful? | |||
