You Broadband India — mis-guiding to customer to sell the products and not providing the data as per offer. | |||
This is to inform you and to bring in your notice regarding the misleading, misguiding and selling different internet plan to customers making them cheat for the advantage of you broadband. The consequences are as follows: 1) in the month of september 2017, mr. Arif a representative of you broadband (Phone numbers [protected] and [protected]) have visited my place and offer a internet plan from you broadband, i. E. 5000gb / six month. 2) further the plan was extended to two months extra with 750 gb data, i have vodafone mobile service and download the you broadband application and making online payments. 3) as per offer the plan was as : 500gb 6month + 2 months (Total 8 months with 750 gb, special offer for vodafone user on applying through you broadband user and online payment). 4) i have done same as guided by mr. Arif. 5) i have downloaded you broadband application through my phone number [protected]. 6) i did online payments with payment details : bil/[protected]/you broadband/youbroadband_ji[protected] 7) a request id for connection was generated :[protected] 8) my account was activated on[protected]. 9) mr arif asked and then collected two sets of documents one for you broadband and another for updating of residential address, so that i can avail the you broadband offer for vodafone users. 10) now my net connection is suspended after 6 months use and i have not yet received any advantage of two months extra i. E, total 8 months uses with 750gb data. 11) the customer care representative is saying that is offer if only for online payment. (How ever i have already made payment through online platform.) 12) now mr. Arif is asking for written proof of his offer which he never gave. This leads misguiding and cheating by such of your representative. Instead of proposed offer during the new connection, now he is offering various recharge offers. It has to stated either they have to give me offer as promised during the beginning of connection otherwise i am not going to use you broadband as i m feeling cheated by you broadband.
