You Broadband India — No installation for internet after receiving the amount | |||||
Please note that after repeated call to their customer care- the number is [protected] regarding installation of new internet connection. i have submited the cheque amount for the plan. amount 5605 rs. Bank of India Cheque. cheque no- 000106. this formalities done from my side on 1st june and they deducted the amount very next day. after that no one came for connection. neither call from them. I want my amount refund as well as compensation for cheating me with false promise. i want my refund and compensation. attached here with the mail of the form. where all the details is there.
