You Broadband India — payment not received. not getting cancellation confirmation. | |||||
I have paid rs.3536 for a new connection on 28th july, which was promised to be installed on the next day. I had raised 5 complaints in the next 4 days and every time i was told that i will get a call in 4-8 working hours which i never got. Finally i have cancelled the connection and the cancellation request was not acknowledged even after 3 working days. Crf: cc167147 They have a clause that after the cancellation is acknowledged it will take 7-10 working days to get a cheque on my name. The service is insane. They are simply giving false promises and the 4-8 hours call back is a joke. Getting my money back is not my primary concern, if not today i will get it someday, but all the mental torture and hours of phone calls with the call center and waiting for someone who never arrives, this is not correct. Some stringent action must be taken against you broadband. This is not just me who has the similar issues, a simple google search on "you broadband reviews" shows many people who are frustrated like me. Companies like these are adding simple clauses which a normal person would ignore like "maximum 7 working days for new connection" while the call center person would promise "max 2 calendar days including weekends".
