You Broadband India — Regarding broadband connection | |||||
Hi Team, I have applied for You broadband connection on 28th November 2015. I have pre-paid amount of Rs. 2430 (You Jaguar plan for 3 months) + Rs. 1000 modem deposit. I have paid the amount using the cheque (Cheque no. 967618). Till the time, I haven't got any connection setup in my home. I have also lodged complaint on You broadband customer care for the time overdue of broadband connection. You broadband complaint and request Number[protected] Also the customer service is also not good. The CSR promised the connection in 4-5 days. Still the connection is not provide.
