You Broadband India — unattended service calls | |||
Network down since a week, not even a call back from anyone. Lodged complaint via email, using youbroadband app and telephonic. Follow up daily with them, standard response, service engineer has been assigned and will resolve within 4 to 8 hrs. Had to escalate to their nodal engineer. Wonder if he too needs a wake-up call. Don't they have any kind of proactive methods by which the nodal engineer himself looks at complaints outstanding beyond their stated sla of 4-8 hrs? Now 8 days and not a single courtesy call? If i call them, the call centre just acknowledges shamelessly that service engineer not reachable. If you want a dependable network, never opt for this. I have been having airtel network for about 10 years now. Not once the downtime was more than an hour. Details of service request lodged on 8 may Your request is in process.
