You Broadband — No installation within 7 days after payment date and no response from youbroadband on following up | |||||
I applied for the new connection on 13th Nov by making online payment for a 3 months plan in advance. I was told that the installation will take place within 7 days after payment date. I was also told that i would be getting a call soon from the YOUBROADBAND technical team for the installation. How ever I am still waiting for the call and installation to happen. I tried connecting to customer care/Asifa mundhe several times through phone/email, but have not been getting any response. I will be waiting the whole day today and if the installtion doesnt happen then i need the refund of the payment done. Also will share this horrific experience of youbroadband through social media site to let my friends/relatives know about it. so that they can save themselves from this in future. Cynthia Joseph, Appellate Authority For Public Grievances for Pune region on [protected], where she informed that
our technician visited my building premises yesterday (If they would have, then they should have called me prior to visit as per Asifa mundhe) and they could not go ahead with the installation because of premises permission issue from chairman. and hence they have initiated for the refund without informing me.
I checked with our building chairman and they said that no one from you broadband came to our premises for installation.
These people are liars. They wasted whole of my week. and now they dont want to keep up the promises.
Please dont ever go with YOUBROADBAND.
