You Broadband — No service, no refund | |||||
Current ID according to their customer care:[protected] I would like to receive my refund. After specifically asking the salesperson who contacted me if You Broadband connection is available in my area (and she said yes), I paid online for their three-month You Jaguar plan. After constant follow up on my part for two weeks (and they promise to set up modem within 7 working days), the customer care person tells me connection is "not feasible" in my area. I have demanded a refund via online payment. They erroneously updated their database that they have returned my pay. It has been a month now, and I have been running high mobile bills calling their useless customer care multiple times. "We will get back to you in the next 4 - 8 working hours", they say, but no one ever calls. And they don't even connect you to a manager. Another farce of a response is that they say they don't even know who the Pune manager is! I have also written to their appellate contact, but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
