You Broadband — "Poor Speed" - even after subscription of 100 MBPS plan | |||||
Respected Sir / Madam, I am You Broadband customer since last 5 years, and I have never complained about services received from You Broadband. But since after the renewal of new plan provided by the company I am getting very low and poor speed. As per the plans provided on the website of You Broadband I renewed the plan "online" by netbanking. But none of the customer relationship officer bother to listen to my complain. customer id number :- 642575 renewal date :- 13/Oct/2015 transaction:- online through state bank of india plan details :-- dual speed 100 mbps (you wtf 100) speed upto 100 mbps 300 GB usage for 6 months cost of plan : - Rs.4057/- complain done:- 7 TIMES (twice by mail + 3 times online complain + 2 times by calling on customer care service number ([protected]) problem resolved :- not resolved till date So I request you to give solution to my problem, as i can see that higher authority is also not giving response to from You Broadband.
