You Broadband — Refund of advance payment as connection request is cancelled after connection is not provided

Hi,

I have requested a new broadband connection on date: 02/01/2016 and issued cheque for the same. Details are as below.

Name: Vishal Shah
CRF No: 767093
Plan Details: You jaguar/1 MBPS/3+3 months
Cheque No: 000003-Standard Charter
Amount: 2755 INR

After waiting for almost 22 days, as connection is not provided, I have raise connection cancellation request and asked for refund on date 24/01/2016.
My cancellation and refund request no is,[protected].

I have not received my refund and they have closed the complaint without informing me. I have raised another request for the same. Request no is.[protected].

Requesting you to do needful to provide refund with interest. You broadband always taking money in advance and for refund, they are delaying and eating interest of it without any reason.
