Yourwishkart.in — no response from a seller against a paid order | |||||
Dear Sir, On July 31, 2019, I had placed an order in the yourwishkart.in website for delivery of - Apple AirPods Bluetooth Headset with Mic (White, In the Ear) -(Certified REFURBISHED) × 1 for INR 5990 (Order Number - ORDER #ED251550IN). Inadvertently, I had placed this order as cash on delivery. The next day, a sales agent lady called me and checked if delivery can be made to the address in the website. I had mentioned to the lady, I would like to pay through wallet to avail the INR 1000 offer. All these conversations happened over Whatsapp after the call. The amount was paid on August 01, 2019 through PhonePe. On August 02, 2019, I had followed up to confirm if payment was received and they confirmed. On August 06, 2019, followed up when delivery will be made, and I was told the next day which August 07, 2019. Since then there is no news from the seller and for message over Whatsapp, email and over phone, no response. This makes me feel suspicious of the activity of this website and the intention of selling. Much appreciate intervention to reclaim the money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

yourwishkart sells cheap chinese imitation of apple products. You'll not get a response from them once you receive the item on CoD. These guys were selling products under the name rupeyakart sometime back. They closed that down and opened yourwishkart. Stay away from them.

Before Delivery the call came from there side. That we are dispatching the product are you ready to buy. Before saying yes i have asked them about product the reply i got is the product is original and you will get 6 months warranty from apple and next 6 months from our store.
When i received product i was stock the product was 1st copy it’s not original as i have confirm from apple store also.
So please it’s a fake site and now they are not receiving any call and also not giving any reply on mail.
So please guys be aware form such scam company who are fooling us by sending cheap products.

First, it started by placing an order on yourwishkart.in, i chose COD for my order.
Next day you get a call from someone, asking is your order confirmed, as we are shipping this product to you and will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
When they call you for order confirmation, that is the only time you can actually speak to someone from that fraud company.
When he called me, I asked him if this is original and seal packed or refurbished, he said it is brand new seal pack apple product with bill and one year warranty, hence i agreed for him to ship.
Next thing, they ship the product to me using fedex courier.Fed ex tracking id[protected]
Next day fedex calls me in the afternoon asking if i am able to collect the parcel with COD of INR 7200, i said my mom is there at home and she can collect the parcel.
Parcel delivered, I come back home and open the parcel, and there is no seal pack, the box is open already, and inside is a completely fake product which doesn't even switch on.
Next day i try to call the customer care number mentioned on their website, i call the number i got a call back from, i also called the number mentioned on the parcel by the sender, to my surprise none of them answered.
It's been a week now, i have called all Three number multiple times, nobody has answered even once.
The day i called them the first time, The person who called me to confirm the order whats app messages me saying hi this is regarding airpods return, please return this to the seller, or else you will not get a refund.
I agreed, i confirmed with him Three times if he wants me to send the parcel to the same address mentioned on the delivery slip, he said yes.
I went to DTDC same day, sent the shipment to that address, paying INR 330, which seller denied to refund.DTDC consignment number is V[protected]if you guys want to check)
The parcel was sent back to Ghaziabad.
The first update, address incomplete.
I requested dtdc to try again, then the second update on Tuesday is address ok but no such person.
This entire process might have taken more than a week, and the only time seller responded on what's app was the first and second day.
Since then i have whats app messaged him so many times, i have called all three numbers. I have sent several emails to their customer service email mentioned on the website, there is not a single response from the company.
