-Yu-Yureka has confirmed the delivery of replaced handset by other than battery by[protected] through delivery.com (Work Order No.[protected]. On checking the delhivery.com website there is no update after[protected] for the given work order for picking & delivery the handset. I have informed the yu-yureka & delhivery.com about the issue but no positive response from their side has been received. They are imposing the issue on each other rather than solving the issue. I have made written complaints of the issue but no response is come. Telephonic complaint for the issue are 1111182 dated[protected] and 160051 dated[protected] in delhivery.com.
