Yu Mobile — No servicing for under warranty items | |||
I had bought one Yu Yureka from Amazon.com on March 26, 2015. This mobile equipment is dead since last one month. When I looked into servicing, I came to know about attractive onsite servicing. However, When I dialed the number, the number is not reachable. Next I tried contacting by email. they went on and on for 2 weeks, every time suggesting that I should pull out battery, do some silly stuff and somehow it will bring back the life to mobile. After 2 weeks, they have stopped responding the emails. I think, this company has fraudulently sold mobile to me but does not provide promised services. I want compensation for the discomfort cause and time lapse because of this. It will be great if they realize this early and correct the mistakes. awaiting the response.
