Yu Mobile — Unethical behaviour ,lie ,fraud | |||
I order my yureka phone on 06 may 2015 through amazon and i received it on 12 may 2015, after a month .1 day i charged it fully in evening and next day morning i saw my phone was fully discharged, and after charging also it was not getting switch on then i tried to contact YU support for a week but no one respond then on 12 July i drop one mail to them after that also i did not received any response from them .after that one day i called them then fortunately i able to contact them, than i explained them about my issue, then after that within a week they gave me new battery saying that your phone is not switching on because off battery issue.after putting new battery again same thing happened next morning my phone was totally discharged then again i called them and i told them about this issue so they told that this is a technical issue our technical team will call you.for a month i heard same thing they keep on delaying that .then after one month one day they told that they will give me new transceiver after 3 weeks finally the gave me new transceiver and they took back my new phone .when i used the transceiver same thing happened it was not charging, in phone it was showing as charging but it was not charging .again i called them and explained them this issue than they told me that it can be some software problem and they asked me to download one software but after doing that also nothing worked out then again they told that technical team will call you. i keep on waiting for 15 days after that YU support called me and asked me to give the snaps of invoice and phone and told-me that they will give me new transceiver .after sending the snaps then they told that we do not cover physical damaged things in guarantee if you want new transceiver than you have to pay Rs 5999 . even though there is no physical damage then also they are saying, that to this phone was given by them in replacement and they were also denying to reimburse my money. from last 3 months they are just delaying things.please help me out in this i don't want there phone kindly please help me out in getting back my hard earned money. im sending my invoice and phone snap what i sent to them.
