Hi, The company is worst, the are replying to mails & do not reply on latest emails . I have a deal phone and this company said they will replace it. I provided all information to them whatever they required on mails after a week I get a reply wrong IMEI number though this company have all my records from past history, Then I provided IMEI numbers after a week reply came as they need diffrent address so when I gave them diffrent address as per their delivery location (After speaking to customer care) Today I got reply on one week old mail & they didn't consider mine latest mail. I requested so many times to call back but they never called . I dont understand how to tell them that i have forwared gurgaon address 3 times. Dear court please help.
