Please refer to the trailing mail. In this regard i would like to reiterate the sequence of my complaints and correspondence exchanged for your ready reference.
That I purchased mobile hand set YU5510A on line through Flipkart during the month of Oct 2016. The warranty period of the set as per the Company's assurance is of one year.
That immediately after receiving the delivery and using for a very short period the set developed some technical problem within the warranty period for which the same was given for rectification to your authorized Service Center at Madhyamgram - Vender Wonder Next : Job Sheet No.[protected]-29432920 dated 17.07.2017.
That as informed by the service center the set is irreparable and instead they offered me another set in place of that. On scrutiny I found that the set offered as a replacement is not matching comparing with the original one in as much as the offered set is of different resolutions, screen size, processor speed, non support of OTG etc. In other words the replacement as offered is not that of my original handset ( with configuration ).. I refused to accept the same and instead requested them to provide me similar set. I regret to inform you that in spite of my repeated follow up they are just killing my time with no response. further on taking up the issue number of times personally they have informed me to wait for a few days to get the replacement.
Sir, you will appreciate this is not a business ethics and call for severe action to claim damage for harassment. As you are aware, , I have already taken up the matter with Consumer Forum ( Ref 388597 dated 14.08.2017 ). With the assurance of your Service Center, I did not follow up with the Consumer Forum further for redressal of my grievance.
With the above given facts it can be construed that this is simply a harassment with a innocent customer. With no alternative I have decided to take up the case with Consumer Forum for damage claim. But as a last effort I urge the following for your prompt action and revert within 10 days with action taken feedback:
(1) To provide new set with similar configuration or
(2) Refund the amount
Request to inform per return the action taken.

In my yu yunique 2 the app locker is not working please please provide me the solution for this issue as soon as possible.
I m using YU yureka plus but there no update since last year please upgrade current software and provide volte I used Jio sim and 4g voice application use more battery and phone heating so much please upgrade current software its important
My phone got switched off due to low battery, from then i was unable to switch it on after re-charging the battery. Even after charging for a day there is no response and there was a red light that was glowing when i keep it for charging. It was just a few months old phone, i don't know what is happening. Please resolve this issue.

    I have micromax yureka ao5510 with perfectly working mobile except for the battery which doesn't give good backup.
    My mobile is out of warranty.
    I went to service centre at

    On 01/09/2017 afternoon around 1:30pm to buy battery.

    I asked for battery as my battery backup is not good. The customer service person named yogesh taken the mobile n open backcover n looked for the battery n asked his fellow person who said yes battery is available. Yogesh because of mishandling put the backcover upside down mean camera portion in the bottom half and on restart, i think due to both volume keys pressed it opened the recovery mode and when i saw it was showing the erasing option. Quickly i pointed out the mistake and they remove the backcover n battery n restart it again. Now due to this mishandling my phone is not able to start it only shows cyanogen and nothing further it.
    So i asked them what they have done instead of apologizing they start shouting on me and calling me a liar they are very rude iam a doctor and a very reasonable person but their attitude was was very bad not only they insulted me they gave me mobile back without doing anything.
    So i went there with a full functioning mobile and came back with non working mobile with all important data lost and lot of insulting behaviour
    And a battery which i earlier bought for inr 799.

    Two persons are very rude a girl named neha (Dont know its her actual name because it was the name told by a guy named rahul working at service centre). She is sucha rude soul i cant explain, people like her and yogesh let your company down and bring bad name to the company.
    I was aloyal customer of yureka as earlier i had micromax a116 but because of this incident i will not buy any product in future from your company and make sure none of my near and dear ones do the same.

    If you cannot well behave with your customers what's the point of sticking with you. I am highly disappointed in your service providing quality and of you dont put a check on these people's you are surely gonna loose a lot of customers.

I visited customer care and they have taken the mobile on 07/08/2017 and still there is no proper update. I have been following up with the customer care since 3 weeks and there is no proper response

        Hello sir i had submitted my yureka plus handset on october 2016 but still they had not given back my handset. They are saying that yu main service on which my set was transfered had lost my phn and not accepting this fault so my city service centre saying me to wait and given me an old yureka handset. Till now they had not given my brand new handset my imei no was [protected]. Past when i checked my jobsheet status it returned without repair but service centre they had not received my phn but an old yureka. And given me that yureka and closed job sheet but i want my new yureka plus back which was on android 4.4 i had submitted my phn at banda (U. P) service centre but till now not received my yureka plus. Plz help

          Sir,
          I brought yunicorn 5530 phone 3 month ago. That phone was not being able to support otg in the file manager. I went to the service center where my phone was send to your head office department for 10 days. On saturday aug 26 collect my phone to the micromax service center. There was a software problem in my phone but that its display opened and she was not fit properly she was heading upwards. I did not understand why my display was opened due to the software problem. And phone center batten has been not match on his display phone and the place is scratched on the phone. And sim plate not match his body colour and his bolts were not even how. I am sending you the picture of his that phone. I can not collect that phone i need my new phone otherwise i will have to take action in my way. I have deposited that phone in the service center and i need my new phone as soon as possible. I have a job seat of my phone and i have written about it in my entire problem i am very upset i need mu phone as soon as possible.

          As i have told you i am in great trouble with my phone.so please replay me in an email when the softwere problem was shown inside the phone why would you have a technical problem in it. And tell me why my phone display was opend. when no technical problem was written in my job sheet then what was the reason for opening the display

            I am in regrate to inform you that i bought one mobile phone, yu yureka plus, colour moon dust gray, model no yu5510a, imei no [protected] and [protected], online through flipkart.
            From the very beginning i faced many problems around the same set, as
            1) auto-restart, 2) not supporting headset 3) often inavailability of tower and finally the set undergone to hibernation.
            On reporting, i was advised to send the said set to your service center & i did that on 17/07/2017., (Job sheet no[protected]-[protected]..
            Since then after several mails, phones the set is yet to deliver to me.
            Please see the matter with priority as i can get the said set safely & use-able condition.

              I had purchased yu5510a phone from you online in december 2016. The screen of the phone has started to fluctuate which is very disturbing and also becomes blank blue sometimes. Also its 3.5mm jack does not work most of the times. As well as its battery gets drained too quickly. I am not at all satisfied with your product. Replace it as soon as possible.

                I'm here to state that yu service center are doing a very pathetic job.
                If your phone is under warranty, they make you roam from service center to home finally making you totally fed up. This is what done to me by the service center agent. Battery replacement it nearly took 2 and a half months to replace a battery and that to a old one which went off in one day. The next day they replaced with a testing battery and they broke my charger connector later they fixed it without placing any sticker they gave the phone.

                  My phone is yu 4711 its imei has been formatted by itself my phone is still in warrenty but still they charges 1250 for dat repair so i gave it to service center in gorakhpur, daudpur service center its been. 40 days since i have given my phone to service center but they are saying it still take 10 days more i really want my phone repaired as fast as possible the imei is [protected] please resolve my problem as fast as posible.

                    I have a complaint regarding micromax (Yureka) service center located in vastrapur, ahmedabad – dev enterprises. I purchased the phone 2 years back from amazon which was working perfectly. My screen got damaged and hence i went there on 2nd jun 2017 because that was nearby my location. I was charged rs. 3350 for this. After 15-20 days they did some modifications on my motherboard and said previously somebody have done some sort of modifications and it needs some correction and software updates because phone is not starting properly. They removed they cynogen software, put android 4.4, and did handover to me. After reaching home, i realized that my phone was completely damaged, earphone jack was not working, calling problem, speaker problem and started restarting again and again. They agreed on repairing (4th july’17). After reaching them repeatedly, they gave my phone by today (On 24th july’17) and again the operating system is 4.4 and phone is not at all working. I don’t know whats the problem as i am not a technical person for this but my phone is completely out of work now.

                    I contatced yureka support 5 days back but no response.

                            I had purchased the yu yureka plus online about 2 years back, the phone was having the heating issue from day one but otherwise it was working ok, last month one problem occur that it got switched off and when i tried to start it, it was getting restarting again and again. Then i located ur nearby service center which was 35 km away from my house as ur company don't have any service center in distt panchkula haryana, i live in kalka & nearby service center is at sec 30c chandigarh (M/s abacus systems) i need to take leave from my office to visit ur service center, but the behaviour o[censored]r staff was very rude and unprofessional not only with me but with all the other customers also, first they refused to submit my set as their net was not working, they made me and other customers to wait for more than 30 mins, when they saw that many customers have accommodated then they submit our sets but even then the systems were not working, they made me wait for 4 hrs before telling that mother board of my phone need to be replaced & cost for the same will be[protected] rs which is almost equal to the cost of the new handset of same model, they also adviced me to buy the new phone instead of getting it repaired but i refused to do the same & took my phone back & got it checked by the pvt mechanic who told me that my phone is absolutely alright only battery need to be replaced & when i replaced the battery it started working & from last one month working ok, so i suggest u to kindly take strong against service staff as they r making fool of the public.

                                14 days passed and yet authorized service center is unable to confirm the repair of my handset. Service center is yet awaiting replacement part to arrive from company. We cant believe that warranty mobile repair take so long to repair or revert. Service center personnel are too harsh and arrogant to reply the timeline and shamelessly ask us to take back the device 9wo repair) if we cant wait.
                                Does it really take too long to receive the part within india??
                                I just want to know when can i get my handset repaired???
                                Loosing trust with micromax and if it continues, i shall stop buying in future as well..

                                    I am nikhil kadam. I have purcheased mobile but after 2 months i have problem on my mobile i will inserted sim on my mobile then atomatically reboot my mobile. Then i will check my mobile in gallery the problem in battry. On 23/06/2017 i have submitted my yureka plus (Yu5510a) battery on s. K. Technology ambernath (East) for reparing. They give mi jobsheet and talk after 7days we will replace your battery. But after 20 days they do not give mi my battery and talk wait 5 days. Please give mi my battery on 2 to 3 days.

                                      Sir,

                                      I bought a yureka one phone from one of your dealers in Ernakulam, Kerala about one and half years before the phone worked fine for about a year and suddenly it started showing some shut down issues. I went to the authorised service shop one in Ernakulam, M. G. Road and showed them the issue. Without even checking what the issue was one of your service representative said that it was the issue of the battery and asked me to replace the Battery.

                                      Being a year old they informed that i am not been availed with a warranty as battery only has 6 months warranty. So I purchased the battery for an Amount of 1100 rs. And with the replaced battery i started using my phone.
                                      Just after a week the same problem of restarting problem. I again went to the service center were the service people showed me a cold nature and did not even account me for my quires. Then atlast some service personnel again without checking my phone took the battery and said they cannot replace this because the stock of battery should come form the regional office.
                                      It is most aggrieved to say that both your phone and your service has been the worst till now. I submitted new battery after a week of buying it, while even in warranty time no action has been taken to see my issue is solved.

                                      It is really sadding to say that your service center in M.G. Road, Ernakulam, Kerala is very poor. They don't attend to complaints at all. Now it has been more than 3 months since my battery has been ordered to be replaced. No action has been taken even after it being in warranty. Is this the service you provide to your customer.
                                      This customer care does not even give me my job sheet. When asked they just say it has been registered with my IMEI no. Is this the service you provide? I feel that i wasted my money on a company like yours.
                                      With this i kindly ask you to replace my battery i bought on 1/12/16. Or refund my money.

                                        I'm using yu yunicorn 5530 from last 1/12 months. My mobile is draining battery so quickly. Even though if i talk for an hour it draining 30% of charging easily. Battery is worst but it's 4000 mah. For name sake only 4000 mah. Even though network signals are not good at all. Always fluctuating. I'm using 4g sim with volte technology. Same sim using my many friends.in their mobiles network showing fully but in my mobile it's not at all stable always fluctuating or showing only one point. Really i'm not satisfied with the mobile because i have given mobile for service 2 times even though my problems are not fixed yet. While i'm purchasing i'm having many choices of other brands but i has chosen only yu because it's our indian brand so i respected this and i purchase. But i'm not at all satisfied with the mobile. So as soon as possible please resolve my issues. Or else exchange my mobile and give new mobile insted of it or else return my value money.
