I bought a mobile name yu unicorn (5630) from online store flipkart. I faced the problem of not charging of mobile so i submitted my handset to authorized service center in hisar (Haryana) on dated 06/06/2017. Mobile is not repaired till now although the service center executive gave me time of 5-7 days only. I request you to please help me in this issue and suggests not to buy any yu mobile in india. My jobsheet screenshot is attached.

    Handset which i got was having problem since i brought it. At fist time it was repaired in 1 month & after 1 month again it started giving problem.
    I have given my hand set yu5510 a for repair second time on 15.04.2017 with bar code reference of[protected]-28447684 to local service centre of micromax located at sagar trade centre jalna road aurangabad.
    After many follow ups over phone & email i got reply on 08.06.2017 from yu care that your handset is repaired & can be collected from local service centre on saturday 10th june. On 10th june local service centre denied delivery saying that courier is not arrived. Same happened on monday as well. I am not getting my mobile since last two months & feeling very frustrated about this service support. I don't know who is bluffing here local service centre or yu call centre.

      My phone got switched off due to low battery, from then i was unable to switch it on after re-charging the battery. Even after charging for a day there is no response and there was a red light that was glowing when i keep it for charging. It was just a few months old phone, i don't know what is happening. Please resolve this issue.

        I have bought yu5010 a on[protected]. And from past 3-4 months i am facing issues with the networks and volte service. Every time i go to service center i have to wait in line waste almost 2 hours and they only update my phone nothing else. I keep on going and nothing happens with the issues and i got tired and stop complaining rather adjusting. But after 3-4 times o[censored]pdate now the phone is stop showing networks they take my phone this time for approx 10 days saying there is hardware problem and when i got my phone the problem is not resolved still. I complained it on your number and then go again. They again took my phone saying hardware fault for another 10-15 days. Your customer care is also not giving me proper answers nor the service center, the service center keeps on saying the same thing and doing nothing but to waste my time.
        I am now feeling regret in trusting your company and very unsatisfied and disappointed with your service.
        What i have to do now? Keeps on going and adjusting untill my guarantee period got expired or i tired. You tell me what other option i get to do instead i file a case in consumer forum.
        My second time job sheet no is #w[protected].
        I am not gonna wait this long without phone so i request you to do something about my concern and revert me back through call or email asap.

          We purchased yu yureka plus (White, 16gb) on 21st december 2016. I have used my ear phones only for 2 months (Not often) which resulted to tored of ear phones - a very bad experience. And even my charger is not working properly.

          Kindly make warranty changes for both the products.

            They are not serious about their customer problem, they took one month and still they dont have any solution for both of my mobile. Seriously a pathetic company, dont suggest to buy mobiles from these crooks. They dont fear law of land, pathetic experience.

            My incident, i have registered my mobile on 5th may for repair. They took it and given me job sheet, they told me to come after 10 days we will fix your device. I have called them then after 10 days, they said your problem is still not resolved please wait for another 5 days, and keep on buying the weeks till now to. Today as well they asked me to wait. I am worried as i may have buy good brand phone which will again cost me 10000 more, as i have two phone under repair then i will have to spend 20000 thousand to buy some samsung phone. Because samsung repair phone by same day or next day.

              Am using yuphoria 5010a phone i had given my phone to service center for software issue. Service center were unable to solve the problem, so they sent my device to head office. After a 25 days i got my phone back and serviced my phone like they are learning for reparing for first time and now my device is receving proper network signal and they are blaming on network. I had tried differnt sim card, different network and and different slot but still there was issue

                I bought a new phone yureka plus, and this is in warranty. This phone is switched off and restart automatically anytime and everytime. Even i do calling or keep it as it is. And they told us that they provide us updates in december only but this is june and nothing happened. So i kindly request you to please resolve this problem immediately. And i want immediate response. Thank you

                  My phone is yu yuphoria and network is fluctuating.4g network is full in that are so that is not network problem and i have used my sim in another 4g phone and it worked very fine and i can call for hours by another phone.
                  I have visited micromax service center with my problem they are not giving any solution and also don't know how to cheek the problem.
                  Please sir give any solution for fluctuation of 4g network in the phone. And please don't say it's network problem because if there is network problem same sim also should not work in other phone also.

                    I had given my yu yureka plus mobile phone to m/s nexgen services (Authorised service centre in burdwan, w. B.) on 23/05/2017 as the display of the phone is not working properly. Unfortunately, the problem is not yet resolved and the staffs at the service centre are not cooperative also. It is more than 10 days now and no response received from their end. Very poor service.

                      I was Submit my yureka plus (YU5510A) for software update at

                      Plot No 3, 100 Feet Road, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad - 121004, Near Agarsen Chowk, Chawla Colony.

                      My phone was working perfectly they said that in your phone hardware problem and it will send back to company for repairing and return after a week.

                      After a week i was called to customer care to know about phone status they says after 5 days you got phone and continue 5 day excuse till now.

                        I am nikhil kadam. I have purcheased mobile but after 12 days i have problem on my mobile i will inserted sim on my mobile then atomatically reboot my mobile. On 21/04/2017 i have submitted my mobile yureka plus (Yu5510a) on s. K. Technology ambernath (East) for reparing. They give mi jobsheet and talk after 7days we will repair your mobile. But after 1 month they do not give mi my mobile. And talk wait 5 days. Please give mi my mobile on 2 to 3 days.

                          I am praveen from tamilnadu vellore district. My mobile is you yureka plus.in my mobile update our lollypop is not not. So i contact you customer care they told to go to service centre. So i went vellore service centre (Smart communication) and give my mobile for lollypop update. While updating mobiles was dead due to software failure. Service centre staff told me "we will sent ur mobile to head office so u will wait for 25 days". I gave on 01st may 2017. Till now my mobile was not came. My job sheet number is s[protected].

                                Just after 3 months my mp3 jack wasn't supporting any earphones. I gave my phone for repairing under warranty on 20/04/17 and as the service center couldn't repair it, it had to be sent to the company. They told me it would take 15 to 20 days but now it has been over a month. I call them at an interval of 5 days and every time they keep repeating the same thing 'Sorry madam, 5 more days'
                                It is the worst experience of my life. Worst customer service ever. Job sheet no is W[protected].

                                  I have Yutopia, I hardly use 3 month and Its dead then I gave to service centre after 27 days Yu can not repair its own phone so I got newly replaced phone.
                                  Now today I had same issue with Replaced phone and Yu guys are telling "Your warranty is expired so you need to throw you phone in Sea".

                                    My yureka plus phone is automatically restart my phn very time i use net nd wifi but my phone restart
                                    I am Jolly Simon and I purchased Yureka Plus on 15th of December. It had a problem of getting heaten up after using it for just five minutes.
                                    My phone YU yureka is getting too heat up and I can't touch it and battery backup is too poor and the phone gets it self heat while charging and getting heat and the main problem

                                        Pathetic phones and more than that horrible customer support. Within just a month of buying it's speaker and mic stopped working after getting that repaired touch stopped performing. Spoke to customer care visited service center submitted mobile again and now from more that a week just waiting to get this scrap product back which i bough in pretty good amount.
                                        ideally people should be paid to use YU 5530 phones instead of buying it.
                                        Service center and customer care people said you will get it back in 3 days but now it's more than a week and no response from anyone of them.
                                        I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
