I am submit my phone on 20/01/2017 in m/s network for charging issue at power off condition and mobile automatically start when i plugged phone into charger. Service center says me your phone serviced in 10-15 days but now 30 days is gone and my device problem is not solve and when i call to the service center they said more time to solve the problem. Please solve my problem quickly.

        I purchased Yu6000 note on 06.12.2016...I have 2 sims inserted in it. it's telephone ringer doesn't ring most of the times...and it only vibrates...
        Sounds emitting from what's app and other apps are also not working properly.
        I have even factory resetted it thrice it works one day and stops on next day...
        All other settings in the ringer section has been checked but the problem remains the same.
        Also I have summited phone 3-4times in service centre (M/S UNIQUE SERVICES)QUEPEM
        Also I recently summited phone to central warehouse at Noida.. But the issue not resolved
        *Replace my handset as fast as possible .

          It's 3rd time I submitted my YU Yuphoria 5010A to your service center but still problem is not solved. On 28th jan 2016 I submitted phone in your service center and as per your email you repair my device within 10 days but today it's near about 1 month you didn't solved my problem and also I called one of your customer executive to know my device status but they only told me we don't have information. If you can not repair my device within time or You don't have interest to solve your customer problem then please refund my full cost of my phone and you can take the device.

            Suddenly the mobile was not detecting the sim card. Took it to single service center in Mysore, I was told to wait for 2 hrs as its software will be updated. After 1.5 hrs the technical person told that sorry its main pc board has problem so it will go to company for repair.

            Now opening of main pc board means total opening of mobile, In such cases the company should give replacement of product.

            Now since more than 15 days no information is coming. I am still awaiting for replacement which was discussed during call with customer care representative.

              I bought Yutopia 5050 phone since January 2016. Around Sept-Oct 2016 the device started malfunctioning. Warranty of 1year.
              I went to the customer care and after 20-30 days they replaced my mobile with the new one.
              Now the new device which is around 3-4 months old has started malfunctioning, but now my warranty is over for the original device I bought, but the device they gave me after replacement should also have 1 yr warranty starting from October/November, else what is the use of replacement then.
              I want to my money back as because this problem I've suffered personally and professionally. Plus an additional tension in my life. Please help me in this.

              Thank you for writing to YU Support. Reference Ticket id: 2665647

              This email is in reference to the concern regarding "Restarting" of your YU device. We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

              We would request you to follow below mentioned troubleshooting steps to resolve Restarting issue:-

              1- Handset should be updated with latest software.

              2- If device restarting is occasionally like once in a week, then no need to do anything just check the device/External SD storage space it should be 15-20% free. Kill the all non-usable background apps to free up the RAM.

              3- Check for recently installed apps, may those applications creating restarting. Sometimes new, unstable or malicious apps may also cause our device to misbehave.

              4- Check for non-usable applications or Uninstall updates of non-usable applications. Check the most popular apps usability. Auto update for apps should be turn off like Google apps (Google book, Google movies, Google+, etc.) If you suspect that your device reboots because of some malicious app, you should uninstall that app.

              5- If device is restarting while using any application then perform below setting
              SettingPrivacyPrivacy guardThree dotsCheck on show built in appLong press on Google play servicesSwitch offAuto start and wake up option.

              6- Don't disable any application because the app still occupying the required space.

              7- If device used in power saving mode then device may lag during usage.

              If problem persist in your device then please follow the process of safe mode for 3-4 hours so that we can check that the issue is with the device or with any third party application.

              1. Press and hold Power button.
              2. Tab and hold power off option.
              3. It will prompt to boot in Safe mode.
              4. Tab OK.

              For returning from safe mode, kindly restart your device.

              If again same concern persist then please perform below steps:-

              Note: Before following below mentioned steps please take the backup of your all important data. For backup procedure you must have a working data connection or Wi-Fi connection

              1. For contacts backup move contacts to SD card or synchronize your contact with Google account.
              2. Settings Backup & Reset Backup my data Turn the toggle ON (only app data, Wi-Fi password and other setting will be saved in google server).
              3. Kindly move your media contents to SD card or you can take it in your Laptop/PC.

              Soft reset:-

              Go to setting Tap on backup and reset Tap on factory data reset.

              Hard reset:-

              1- Switch OFF the mobile
              2- Press buttons simultaneously ((Volume DOWN + Power button) till the YU logo appears.
              3- Recovery screen will appear
              4- Select option 3 (Wipe Data/Factory reset) and then select "yes-delete all users"
              5- Select option 4(Wipe Cache Partition)
              6- Select option 5 (Wipe media) and select "yes-delete all user media"
              7- Select option 1 (Reboot System Now).

              If again same issue persist then kindly Flash your device with below mentioned link:-

              Steps to be performed:

              1) Copy the downloaded files in your phone memory.

              2) Reboot phone in recovery mode:-

              3) Switch off your phone. Now press volume UP and DOWN together and keeping them pressed power ON your device. You will boot into Cyanogen recovery.

              4) Select "apply update"

              Select “Choose from internal storage”/”Choose from external SD card”

              Select "0/(if internal)”

              Navigate to the ROM.zip

              Let the installation complete. Once installation is complete you will return to recovery menu. Select Reboot to System.

              If the issue still persists then kindly visit your nearest authorized YU Service Centre to get the device checked. We would request you to carry your invoice bill.

              I followed the steps that you have shared. The device worked properly for few days and then again started behaving weirdly. It restarts whenever I perform any action like making a call, opening any app or browse on internet.

              This with reference to the Job Sheet# W[protected].
              The service center team has told me that chip of my mobile has stopped functioning and they are forwarding it to the Company Location to replace the chip.
              But I want to replace my handset itself, as how can I be assured that the new chip will not behave similarly after few months and after few months my warranty would also expire. So request you to replace my handset itself with the new one and the provide warranty for that as well.

              It is really frustrating and sad that my phone has stopped functioning again. Last time my phone was replaced, but the new one, which just 3-4 months old is getting switched off again and again.I don't have a spare phone to use as well.

              Please help me, I bought this phone for 25K with so much expectations and now I really regret my decision. I want my money back as I'm sick of trusting you guys and trust a company which is fooling customers on the name of 'Made In India'.

                My ph had a minor battery problm(i guess)On[protected] i had placed a complaint to the service centre ...the ph was return to me after 1month and still was not working..again i returned the ph in december ...and now its[protected] i haven't recieved my ph..Its been 3months i m not using my phone...and this #### company doesn't give any response..it was my worst decision to buy this ph...i request u all too plzzz don't ever buy this ph...

                  Hi team,

                  My mobile is showing battery icon when start, and also shows recovery, its not start with operating system. Its in bootloop. Service station is saying it is physical damage. How come they say like that. When my mobile got one single starch till i used phone till 2 months. Suddenly phone os got corrupted. As per policy they should repair os or should replacement for mobile but they are saying some stupid physical damage and not accepted device for warranty.

                  I brought yu yuphoria mobile from amazon. I used it almost 2 months. I was installing some software and operating system got stuck up, it was never come with fastboot. If i press volume button display shows battery log. I have attached screen shot. Mobile images and job sheet from your service station at chinchwad pune. Email id is in cc.

                  I went to "sara sales and services" and they said its physical damage, and not cover under warranty. Also they were suggesting to go other service station. Why they have not received my mobile in under warranty. Not even accepted mobile for repair. Also job sheet is created like like "dent on front housing". Please see in attached.

                  Do you know what is mean by physical damaged? Let me summaries you. See below scree shot from your official site.

                  This is called physical damage, now situation is here, one of customer is teaching you. Its mean something broken, display broken, any hardware broken.in my mobile case its just a simple scratch on the metal body. See images below. If simple scratch is physical damage then who the else will buy yu phones in india if i spread this on blogs and forums with the help of all evidences. Let check images.in what angel it seems damage.

                  My phone is showing below battery icon on start up. All hardware is working fine. Its seem os is broken down.

                  If repair os from private service station and sue against you with the help of consumer court and forward all evidences on the worldwide forum. This would always loss of you not mine. However consumer court is always in favor of customer if they have valid proof. I am gonna do this if you not resolve and accept my phone in warranty, if you not replace my phone which covers under warranty. I had discuss with the customer care and customer care discussed with the service station boy. We were agreed upon submitting the phone for warranty but service station it self not interested to take this up for warranty. How they come reject my phone being processing for warranty period. How service center is suggesting to go in other service center?

                  For me it is only thing of few thousand, i am not worries about my money, i am worries and serious about how micromax yu is fooling the people by not accepting their product operating system fault and avoiding warranty process by saying physical damage on single starch on the phone. If i put this in world wide forums and sue you would affect your millions money and reputation. I had used many brand mobiles they have changed mother board without asking any single question in warranty.

                  Now if you not give me replacement of the phone or repair then i will go ahead and sue in consumer court. Please take this serious. I have attached job sheet below.

                    I went in micromax care 7-8 times but i can't get any service in my accessoires problem. 1 time i changed my hansfree of my white yu yuphoria. I got black hansfree from care. But it was again in fault so i went in care again but they said that it is black hansfree so we can't change your hansfree. So i went to other care they wasted my time in searching hansfree. I have also problem in my yu yuphoria charger but in care they said that it can't change because it is good in this charger no any problem but i have problem for many times in my charger it takes 3 to 4 hours to get full charged my phone. But care cannot change my accessoires. I spend my lot of time and money in ahmedabad's all micromax care but i can't get any satisfaction.

                      I submitted a yuphoria cell phone in service center on[protected]. Which is still not received by me the company and the service are not giving the appropriate info in regards and hence the deadline was 21 days but it have increased for more than a week so i want to complaint against them for not listening to me and wasting my time for so long.
                      The phone was came back without being serviced after 15 days of submission and since then they have not given me the cell phone. E[protected] was the job sheet no. But they did not cleared the first sheet and issued the another no. So that they could get time. E[protected]. Please contact me on this no [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                        Sir my fon YU yureka note YU 6000 in warranty got both sim slots damaged and now not showing sims at all. The slots are confirmed damaged... On taking to service centre here in Kashmir Srinagar and Karan Nagar location were ya service centre of micromax is located in Landmark building.. They say mother board needs to be changed evenif the fon is functional except sim slots damaged and getting on and doing everything except reading sims.. Hiwcome mother board is to be changed... They are leivying thefty amount if 4500/- for repair were as fon has been bought from snapdeal for 7999/- rupees.. His come your service centre ppl can cheat the customers lyk that.this is the service centre whose location yureka cc emailed me on my mails.

                            I have purchase my YU YUNIQUE PLUS on 20-Dec-2016, within 7 days it got a problem. Then i go to service center "THE MOBILE CARE" (NEAR V3S MALL)LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI, 110092. They said it got motherboard problem, then i submit my phone in care. They give me 10 days time and maximum 21 days deadline to resolve my problem but 21+ days gone my device is not repaired yet.Whenever i contact the care they always said 10 days remaining and when i check my JOB SHEET STATUS the same information appears in screen and now it's shows 21+.

                            I am frustated by seeing these type information always. I am the big fan of YU. I have purchased many devices of YU. But the first time i face problem in phone and now i come to know about after sale service of YU.

                            I don't know why they are downgrade their image by not giving proper service to his customer.

                            Please provide the better services and rank up 1st position in India.

                            And please provide me my device, i had urgent need of it.

                              It's 5th time I submitted my YU Yuphoria 5010A to your service center but still problem is not solved. On 20th Dec 2016 I submitted phone in your service center and as per your email you repair my device within 10 days but today it's near about 1 month you didn't solved my problem and also I called one of your customer executive to know my device status but they only told me we don't have information. If you can not repair my device within time or You don't have interest to solve your customer problem then please refund my full cost of my phone and you can take the device.

                              Device issue: Display issue, Device received in damaged condition. and the device is like 2nd hand phone not my previous device which I submitted(they changed my new device to old one without my permission).

                                I have already emailed to [protected]@yuplaygod.com from my yahoo id [protected]@yahoo.com. But I received only just readymade robotic reply, that does not satisfy anyone. What is the current position, what is the problem, what actions are being taken to resolve the problem- nothing is intimated. The support team is not giving any information and keeping the consumer in dark. Worst customer care... not happy with the support team at all.

                                I have punched yunicorn in[protected]. It was working fine. But unfortunately during updation to marshmallow my mobile gets stuck on yunicorn logo. I went to service center here in BARAMULLA. The name of service center is M/S. FRIENDZ communication SOPORE BARAMULLA, MB.NO. [protected] & [protected]. After 3 months they handed over my phone without repair. Then I called YU care and your customer services told me that go to another service center here in Srinagar and I went to M/S MOBI LINKS LAL CHOWK SRINAGAR MB NO. [protected] & [protected] service center and they generate job sheet no. 1403 dated 12-12.2016. On[protected] they handed back my phone without repair and told me that some hardware parts are missing in the phone. Then I again ring YU care where your customer Care replayed me to go back to first service center and told him about hardware parts issue and also given me the YU care email Id.
                                I'm again raising this issue by email with you. So places tell me what can I do to my phone. Can I throw my phone in to dust bin or can you able to solve my problem.

                                  I have submitted my phone on 13th dec, 2016 and the ensured that they will return within 1week. Then after one week they have not solved my problem. And create new problem in my cell phone. Then they have created a new job sheet no and not given a 7 days time period to me.
                                  In this we can ensure that service center staff is not working properly and irresponsible person. Here we can also see the customers cheating from micromax service center.

                                  Now its 1st january, 2017. Still i am waiting for my mobile. While calling to the office they are not responding. I saw their notice board.in that its mentioned ' if you have any complaint contact to any person.' but he is not responding as well as not attending the call.

                                  Once he attended the call after calling half an hour. Then his reaction was very vulgar to me.

                                  Please do take necessary action as soon possible.

                                      I bought a Yu yureka plus yu5510A on 6 October, 2016 and I use only 2 month after using I play the music in home theater then my phone is just switched off that time then I switch on my phone and my phone doing vibrate but nothing show anything on my display then I go to service center of "laxmi Nagar" then they check my Yu5510A he said me your phone is not in charging and told me 3000rs charge for repair... But sir my phone in warenty period and they charged me and I only use my phone 2 month please help me...

                                        I have submitted my phone on 13th DEC, 2016 and the ensured that they will return within 1week. Then after one week they have not solved my problem. And create new problem in my cellphone. Then they have created a new job sheet no and not given a time period to me.
                                        In this we can ensure that service center staff is not working properly and irresponsible person. Here we can also see the customers cheating from micromax service center.

                                        Now its 24th December, 2016. Still i am waiting for my mobile. While calling to the office they are not responding. I saw their notice board. In that its mentioned ' if you have any complaint contact to any person.' But he is not responding as well as not attending the call.

                                        Once he attended the call after calling half an hour. Then his reaction was very vulgar to me.

                                        Please do take necessary action as soon possible.
